Specialties
At Spine Institute Missouri — Weldon Spring Chiropractic we have 3 primary goals when treating adolescent scoliosis.
1) First is to avoid the surgical threshold.
2) Second is to stop the progression of the curve.
3) Third is to reduce the curve and correct the spine and posture.
We confirm our progress through X-ray, posture pictures, and functional and structural tests. But our biggest commitment is to improve and insure our patients’ quality of life. You are more than just a number!
History
Established in 1993.
For our Scoliosis Treatment program, we developed a computer aided spinal analysis system that assesses over 500 measurements of the spine and the pelvis. We produce a clinical blueprint that shows us what needs to be fixed, what can be fixed and what limitations might exist. We don’t simply tell you to watch, wait and hope. We offer solutions to stop the progression, balance the spine and reduce the scoliosis.
