Business Owner
Mr. Fernandez has 37 years of experience in all phases of Architectural services, from planning and project management to design and construction administration. For the past 29 years, he has been the sole proprietor of F. Fernandez, AIA, LLC. In this capacity, Mr. Fernandez serves as managing principal of all of the firm’s projects, and is also responsible for the firm’s operation and management. He graduated from Pratt Institute with a Bachelor of Architecture degree in 1978, and is a Registered Architect and Interior Designer in the State of New Jersey as well as in four other states. He is a member of AIA and NCARB.
