It has been a year since I was asked to find the best way to liquidate the furniture, art and possessions from an estate. The process of conducting an estate sale is no easy task and I was daunted all of the details involved. I found it particularly difficult to research the many estate and household sale companies in the area simply because there were so many. The sale was not easy for many reasons and I needed a professional operation. A company skilled to handle some of the artwork and furniture contained in the sale.
Luckily, though word of mouth and by way of a very good reputation I found Mel & Company.
I met with Mel to discuss the challenges of selling this estate and I found her to be upfront, a straight shooter and very professional. Mel and her very competent staff conducted a three day sale that by far exceeded my expectations and relieved me of much worry and stress. The items in the sale were beautifully displayed and sold with dignity. I could not have been more pleased with the process and the results.
