Our company specializes in the installation, maintenance, & service of both commercial and residential heating and air conditioning systems. We install radiant heat systems, hot water and steam boilers, and forced warm air furnaces of all sizes and efficiency ratings. We hold licensing and certifications from the EPA, the State of New Jersey, and various equipment manufacturers such as Mitsubishi, Generac, Munchkin, Weil McClain, Honeywell, GasTite and WardFlex, to name a few. We are trained and certified in the installation, service and maintenance of Generac automatic home stand-​by generator systems. We are EPA certified to handle and recover most types of refrigerants used in our industry today. We specialize in the custom design and installation of duct systems necessary when renovating buildings and brownstones in Hoboken, Weehawken, and Jersey City to name a few.

History

Established in 2013.

Though the business entity was formed in 2013, we have actually been around for a long time. My father (Mario) and I (Lenny) have worked together for over 16 years. We originally started off doing this in our free time as we both worked for another company. In 2012, the company we worked for (Airflow Systems) took a downward turn so we decided to put our efforts and skills together and open up our own company. Mario has been in the industry since the mid-70’s and I have been in the industry since the late 90’s. We both love what we do and enjoy the new people and the new challenges that come our way on a daily basis. We have, since officially opening our doors, aligned ourselves with some amazing contractors, builders, and property management groups. This has allowed us to do some really amazing work varying from simple unit replacements to custom retrofit work in some really beautiful homes throughout the area using smart home WiFi controls and integrated smartpanel technologies.

Business Owner

My name is Leonard Papile but everyone calls me Lenny. I have always enjoyed working with my hands for as longs as I can remember. My father started working in this industry a long time ago and when I was about 4 – 5 yrs old, he took me to his shop during the summers as he was working with a cousin at the time doing heating and air conditioning. I enjoyed the work ever since and, though I studied engineering and drafting throughout high school and into college, I always knew this is where I would end up. Growing up I loved two things: 1– Playing soccer and 2– tagging along with my Dad to service calls after work. Something about this type of work intrigues me and I guess it has to do with the different facets of the mechanical industry that go into HVAC. Electric, plumbing, intricate controls, ducting, general building and construction knowledge and even the design and mathematics that go into building each project excite me and keep me looking forward to each and every project.
