Our Small Group Personal Training program that includes Cardio, Weight Training, Nutrition and most importantly Accountability secures results. We specialize in Body Transformation.

Get In Shape For Women offers unique small group personal training program for women. Personal trainer works with 1 to 4 women at a time in a private upscale studio for as little as $ 19/​session.

Each session consists of 30 minutes of weight training, 25 minutes of cardio, nutrition coaching, and ongoing accountability for a complete balanced fitness program that produces amazing results!

Your workout will be customized to your ability, and progressed accordingly. You will perform a variety of exercises under the direct supervision of a certified personal trainer. These exercises include free weights, lunges, squats, core training, pushes and pulls working every muscle in your body for optimal result. Body transformation is achieved by ongoing lifestyle changes that are sustainable and very manageable.

History

Established in 2006.

The doors of the Wayland Get In Shape for Women opened in January of 2011, and in this time we’ve had the amazing pleasure of helping the women of Wayland lose in excess of 1,000 pounds.

Based on our four principles (weight training, interval cardio training, nutrition, and accountability) we have a system that really works to get each client to their weight loss goal.

We promise results, and we take that very seriously. At Get In Shape For Women, there is an emphasis on accountability.

Business Owner

Bob Kaplan has a master’s degree in business and a master’s in exercise physiology, a national certification in personal training, a degree in nutrition, and is working toward a PhD in nutritional biochemistry.

In all my experience I’ve learned that sometimes the hardest part is knowing what will work and then sticking to it. Our program is special in that I’ve studied in detail how the body metabolizes food from a physiologic, biochemical and endrocrinological perspective. Brian has an incredible ability to help the women work hard in each session, so it’s an incredible one-​two punch. Bob has a great balance of knowledge and passion for fitness, coupled with a desire to meet each client where they are at and help them reach their goals.
