I had to compliment Trees R Us! Great company! They were so efficient taking care of my tree situation. I am referring them to all my neighbors. Thank you!

They cut down some trees for my neighbor. They parked their truck in front of my house and it spilled oil on my yard. It killed the grass and I had to re-​sod it.

They came out for an estimate, I signed a contract, and they have not returned my repeated calls or emails for over two weeks.
UPDATE: They finally came out and ground the stump — severing the power line to our garage in the process. Other than that, the work was great.

Yes all the above is true. I would never call anyone else. Amazing to watch their experience and attention to detail.

Des Plaines hired them to remove trees around the neighborhood. While they were cutting one down in from of the house, one of the branch fell on the basketball post and bend it. Now its completely broken. My son who plays basketball called Nick (one of the owners). This was the one and only contact he made. Nick said he would send his supervisor to take a look and get back to us. He never did. My son repeateadly called and left left messages. No one picks up. May be good at their job, but not on taking actions for the mishaps they caused.

Nope they don’t call you a lot they just come when scheduled (weather permitting) and do their work. They are fast, CLEAN UP IS FANTASTIC and very very good. We had a huge 75′ Honey Locus that had to be dropped in a tight space (near our fence/​house and neighbor’s driveway/​house) and these guys dropped her branch by branch not wrecking anything. My neighbors were so impressed they asked for cards.
The guy that came out a few days later to grind out the stump did a really good job, fast, friendly, professional and again just came out and did their job.
Don’t call you or keep in touch but that means that there is less «bother». We over saw their work and these guys are 5 STARS.
Again, of note: They left our yard in pristine condition — our neighbors were very impressed with both the work and cost for the size of tree removed.

totally missed our appointment, never called, tried to contact them multiple times and kept getting told I would receive a call back. Never did! A few days later I received a bill requesting payment… ARE YOU KIDDING ME?

I hired Trees R Us to remove a large silver maple. They were at my door the day after I faxed them the contract, protected surrounding trees and my house and cleaned up after they left. I had asked for a handful of logs that my husband and I would split for firewood and they stacked them nicely next to the garage. I will only call this company in the future.
