We had Mr. Grill come to fix my weber and clean it. Wow, am I impressed what a nice job they did on my weber summit. I think I will have them come every year to clean and service my grill

They didn’t show up on the day they promised to be there. I emailed the next day and was told that someone would come on that day. I had to go home at lunch to turn the water on and the person I emailed with said she sent the tech a text to inform him of that. Later in the day I got an email saying that no one would be coming on that day either and named a date in the future. Sorry, but your scheduling totally sucks. Poor customer service.

We had Mr Grill come out to clean our two year old grill and it was worth every penny. Our grill looks brand new from the bottom to the top. I highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

They are miracle workers! My dad torched my grill and I really thought it was beyond repair. (He torched it in the fall and I let it sit all winter. It was disgusting.) They worked wonders! For $ 175 they saved my grill. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. Really incredible! I would highly recommend them if your grill needs some TLC!

I sent a request to get my oven cleaned and chef’s knives sharpened. Chris got back to me right away and offered to come over the following morning, a Friday. No one would be home, but I took a leap of faith and boy did it pay off! Chris texted me when he arrived, and sent photos of the clean oven when he was finished. (My oven gets heavy use and hadn’t been cleaned in many years — it was a big job!) When I got home, not only did the oven look like new, but he left the entire kitchen in better condition than when he arrived. He sharpened my chef’s knives, per our agreed price, but then went on to sharpen ALL of my knives at no extra cost. (Some of them were sitting dirty in the sink.) He clearly takes great pride in his work and customer service. I will absolutely call him for grill season.

Mr. Grill, aka Chris has been taking care of our grills — one near Bostona dn one on Cape Cod for several years. Professional, reliable and great results every time.

I never thought about having my grill cleaned until my colleague from work came over to my home for dinner and saw the grill: «You want me to eat off of that grill???» We have lived in the house for four years and have enjoyed our outside grill throughout the year. BUT we never cleaned it. After my colleague’s comments I attempted to clean the grill myself but the damage was done: deep, black char all over the place.
I googled «grill cleaning» and the first one up was Mr Grill. I emailed Chris and within an hour he returned my email and came out the following day.
What can I say? It looks like new!!! Chris magically removed four years’ worth of black stuff. Chris is extremely professional! Explains to you exactly what he is doing, any needed repairs, cleans up after himself, and even gives you some spices at the end of the cleaning. His prices are very reasonable!
I highly recommend his services. Now I can invite my colleague over for dinner again…

I was on my walk when I spotted the Mr Grill van in someone’s driveway. I walked over and told them that our grill was in desperate need of cleaning. Chris came by within the hour and quoted me a price for the cleaning and the heat shields which needed to be replaced. Two days later he was able to do it, and my grill looks like new now. I’m so glad I happened to be walking by that day to see his van.

Sent an email asking for a quote for cleaning and repairing ignition on an Alfresco grill, price to clean only was almost $ 400.00, a bit pricey just to clean a grill, and another $ 200.00 for parts and labor to repair the ignition… Nearly $ 600.00 total. I told them that it was a bit out of my price range and didn’t want to waste their time.
The next day while at work I received an email saying that they were in my area and would like to take a look at the grill to get a more accurate estimate, I again told them that I was not interested and didn’t want to waste their time however if they wanted to look at it the grill was accessible. I heard nothing from them at all.
Upon arriving home from work, I went to use the grill and found that screws and parts were completely missing, after repeated calls to the company I received a call back stating that they apologized and that they probably should have called me to authorize proceeding with the repair… A mere ploy to win the job by default due to having to return with my broken grill parts anyway and claiming they would reduce the labor charge by $ 50.00 because I was not happy…
After stating that to make it right they would return to fix the grill including parts and labor for $ 150.00, there were several emails back and forth explaining that they could not get the necessary parts and they don’t have a wholesale distributor for my brand of grill… Since there was no money to be made for them they respectfully declined the work, after taking parts from my grill/​property without authorization they decline the work… After nearly a week they came back and installed the original broken parts and missing screws back on the grill… Leaving me where I started before I called them just with a lot more headache and frustration.
I am terribly disappointed with Mr. Grill, I would not recommend them to anyone, I was able to find the parts online and complete the cleaning and simple repair to the ignition for less than $ 200.00 and maybe 2 hours of my own labor…
Stay clear of doing business with Mr. Grill.

I have had Mr. Grill clean, tune-​up and repair my Weber grill for years!
His technicians leave it looking like new. I notice that after it is cleaned the burners and ignition work so MUCH better. By that I mean the heat is distributed evenly over the cook grates so my food is not burnt on one side and raw on the other. One of the best things they do is clean out my burners to prevent spider webs and bugs from causing blockages and mini fire explosions. They also check for gas leaks and other safety issues. I use my grill ALOT in the summer, but don’t clean /​degrease it or scrape it as often as I probably should. I know I am pretty safe with a cleaning at the beginning of the summer and in the Fall before we put it in the garage.
If you love your grill and want to protect your investment, call nobody but Chris.

I called Mr. Grill to service my 7 year old grill. I spoke to the owner Chris and he scheduled the repair in two days. Bill came down and not only fixed the problem that I was having with two non functioning burners, he cleaned my grill so that it looks brand new and heats better now than when it was new. I would highly recommend Mr. Grill and his team. Jerry

Chris evaluated our grill and said the cost to clean it up and start replacing parts would be prohibitive to how much longer it would last and that buying a new one would make more sense. Good and honest business man!
