When I walked into the tiny store and found myself face to face with a wall sized display of local heirloom tomatoes, I knew I’d come to the right place.
Squash Valley Produce is a great little market where you’ll find an excellent gathering of the region’s freshest natural products. Fresh local fruits and vegetables, Vermont cheeses, organic milk, maple syrup (of course), a great selection of spices and obscure ingredients.
It’s right next to the Cabot Annex Store and Lake Champlain Chocolates, and makes a great stop if you’re looking for a taste of Vermont.
