The Apple Core Luncheonette and Brew is the newest addition to Cold Hollow Cider Mill nestled in the Green Mountains of Waterbury Center, Vermont. We specialize in a variety of lunch options including wraps, salads, grilled Panini’s, kid-​friendly items, and cold sandwiches served on your choice of homemade white or sweet potato wheat breads. We also pride ourselves in using an all-​natural line of deli meats and organic greens. Following the Vermont way, we incorporate many local products and seasonal produce to help boost local commerce. While you are here, feel free to have a hard cider or local brew with your meal. We also have a beer store with over 50+ local beers or hard ciders that you can take with you.

History

Established in 2012.

The Luncheonette is the replacement of our former Apple Core gift shop and offers a variety of cold sandwiches, grilled paninis, wraps, salads, kid-​friendly fare. Our menu and recipes were created by a local Vermonter, Susan Grant, who has done an amazing job creating healthy recipes and utilizing our very own Cold Hollow products.
