Dicola’s Pizza

Great place for take out. We’ve been ordering from here for years. Their Cheesesteaks, Chicken Parm Subs and Pizza is really good! Small little place, has a few booths available to eat at but mainly a take out joint and they do a lot of deliveries.

We just moved back to Washington after 10 years in PA. Dicolas is every bit as good as we remembered! Everything is good but the burgers can’t be beat! Made on sub rolls which are fantastic every time. They have always gotten our special orders and requests spot on. Yes delivery is usually an hour, but we plan for that and they are on time and food has always been perfectly hot. Delivery drivers have always been beyond pleasant and always apologetic for the wait, which is not necessary when you know it will be a bit long and they arrive when they say they will.

food and service used to be great. Food slowly declined while service plummeted. One should not blame their customers for their mistakes. I haven’t called in regards to any mistakes over the past year. I finally called today over forgotten items and mis ordered items and they were so rude and nasty with me. Terrible customer service, what happened to Dicolas?!

Literally every single time I’ve ordered from here they’ve always seemed to mess up some part of my order. Decent food, I just wish their service was better.

Ate here for the first time last night. Small dinning area. Super friendly staff. I’ve lived down the road for years but never knew about this place. Easily the best pizza in the immediate area. Cheap yet quality food. Would recommend to anyone seeking good pizza in the area.

This is one of the best pizza places in Warren County! I live in Hackettstown but used to have their food a lot when I was in elementary school. It has been a very long time since I had their food. My wife picked up a pizza and pasta on her way home recently. It was just as great as I always remembered it. I always get a side of sauce to dip my crust in, because their sauce is so good. My wife really enjoyed the pasta as well. I have heard the cheesesteaks are amazing, but I love their pizza too much to try one. I notice some complaints about the service. This isn’t a high class Italian restaurant in the city. Get over it and enjoy the food!

New to the area and locals had told us we had to try Dicola’s Pizza. We finally got around to trying their pizza and loved it! Will definitely be ordering from Dicola’s more often.
Only bad thing I have to say is the lady that took our order on the phone could have definitely been more professional and polite. Sounded like it just killed her to take our order. lol

After reading all the great reviews about the cheesesteak, I finally decided to try it. Cheesesteak was very good. I ordered 2 with the works but the husband and I shared one bc it was pretty big and stuffed with meat and filling.

Cheese steak pizza with marinara sauce, best ever, amazing, great people who work there, tons of pride and it shows and taste really well.

Hands down best pizza around! Thin and crispy the way I like it. The ONLY area pizza that’s amazing, aside from Ernie and Doms. Cheesesteaks are huge and excellent also. Very friendly hometown place. Will be back!!!

This place is the only thing I miss from living in Washington, Nj. Hands down best chicken parm sub on the planet and awesome pizza.

Best Cheese steak and Chicken Parm Sandwich around. I also enjoy the «Dicola’s Salad» with their house dressing and grilled chicken. Very enjoyable and large portions. Even when they are busy, they get all their orders out in a timely manner.

I’ve started to go and pick my orders up instead of delivery because by the time they get to you here not piping hot and that, to me, makes a huge difference on taste and quality. They have an incredible business and often on a Friday or Saturday night the line is out the door for pickup. The owners and staff are always very nice and accommodating when I have to order a bunch of pizzas in advance for work with a purchase order. This is still not my favorite pizza place and I wouldn’t order anything else but pizza/​cheesesteaks from here. But the pizza is good enough and debatably the best in Washington, at least. And the cheesesteaks are decent. I’m not a Dicola’s fanatic like some people, but in a quick pinch for takeout this suffices.

We saw all the rave reviews on the cheesesteak and decided to give it a try. I wouldn’t say it’s the best I ever had, but it definitely hits the spot when you are craving one!
The specialty pizzas are pretty good too. We usually get the White Pizza and it’s excellent. I like that the pizzas are not very greasy like some other pizza joints.

If your looking for pizza that’s comparable to NYC and a cheesesteak that’s comparable to Philly, you’ll want this place.
They’re usually busy, but very worth the wait!

Only place I will go for pizza, calzones, and cheese steaks. AMAZING specialty pies… give the cheesesteak pizza a try next time, you will thank me. :) keep up the good work Dicolas!

Dicola’s has had its ups and downs in pour family. It does well because the family is local but they do not hit the mark every time. Add 5 minutes to your expected wait time when picking up. I will compliment their gluten free option as it is great to eat with the family!

Try the cheesesteak! Everything here is excellent. Cheesesteak pizza is the best thing. This is the only pizza place I order from. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Went in for a slice… try the BLT pizza, its delicious! Also got a cheesesteak to go… hands down the best!
