Established in 1980.

Broscious, Fischer & Zaiter is a multi-​service law firm serving clients in Warren, Hunterdon, Morris, Somerset, and Sussex Counties in New Jersey and in Hackettstown, New Jersey, as well as Easton, Allentown, and many other communities in Eastern Pennsylvania in counties such as Northampton and Lehigh.

John M. Zaiter, a partner in the firm, practices in the areas of Criminal Defense; Criminal Law; Juvenile Criminal Law; DUI/​DWI; Drug Crimes; Traffic Violations; Family Law; Personal Injury; Slip and Fall; Dog Bites; Products Liability; Automobile Accidents and Injuries; Wrongful Death; Truck Accidents; Head Injury; Spinal Injury; and Civil Litigation.
