History
Established in 1912.
In 1912, brothers William C & Allison N. Miller build their first two homes on Kenyon St, NW, Washington, D.C., on parcel of land given to them by their mother. In 1920, the Miller Brothers created Washington’s first two-block development along Woodley Road. In 1925, WC & AN MILLER launched «The Leaves of Wesley Heights» — the first community newsletter of its kind. The Miller brother abandoned the rigid grid pattern of Washington DC streets and instead incorporate into their new Spring Valley development in NW, a curvilinear street plan that allows streets to meander through the community following the natural flow of the landscape.
Between 1950 – 1970, the Miller Brothers build the communities of Spring Hill, Potomac Falls, Overlook and Spring Meadows, later adding Spring Ridge, Willard’s Crest and Edgemore in Bethesda.
In 1996, Christie’s International Real Estate chooses W.C. & A.N. Miller Realtors as its’ Exclusive Affiliate in the Washington, D.C. Market.

License Broker/Realtor for 29 years — licensed in the District of Columbia, Maryland & Virginia. Served as President for the Washington DC Association of Realtors in 2009. Finished term on the DCAR Board of Directors and NAR Board of Directors at that close of 2012 — worked on the NAR Committee for Risk Management. Currently on the Public Policy Committee at DCAR.
My goal for the agents under my management is to do the most business they can in the most efficient way possible. Our clients will always get white glove/Triple A service — that is what keeps them coming back. Ongoing training and strict adherence to the NAR Code of Ethics are two ways we keep our business moving forward — smoothly.
