We are new to the area and don’t have a car yet. Getting our dogs to vet appointments and trainers has been a stressful experience until we found U&Pet. It was so nice to have someone pick us up who understands dogs. We felt very comfortable with the driver and the car was perfect– we had room to ride comfortably and weren’t frantically trying to keep dog hair from falling on the seat. The driver was really nice to us and the dogs and told us about great dog parks in the area. We have received great customer service and follow up emails with a personal touch to make sure we were happy with the service. Claudio is incredibly nice and professional. We would highly recommend this service!

Claudio and Erwin have been walking our newly adopted dog Sidney since January. I cannot speak highly enough of this service. They are incredibly reasonably priced at $ 15 for a 30 minute walk (if you buy a package of 5). This is a fantastic deal for people who need regular dog-​walking.
Sidney is incredibly shy and nervous around new people, particularly men. Claudio spent more time than we paid for getting Sidney comfortable. We have a nest cam and have been able to see how he interacts with her. Sidney’s tail wags a mile a minute when she sees Claudio come in. They are also very dependable and have been very accommodating with last-​minute requests. Five stars all the way!

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. I needed my new puppy picked up from the airport and delivered outside of the beltway. They assisted me with no problems. Communication was great! Would highly recommend!

I needed to take my elderly cat to a specialty clinic in Fairfax, and wondered how I’d get there without a car. That’s when I discovered U & Pet’s taxi service. It’s a Godsend! Claudio arrived promptly and my anxious kitty and I had a smooth ride to and from the clinic in his very clean vehicle. The online ordering for the service was easy, and I appreciated the email and text confirmations/​follow-​up. I will be using this service again and recommend it highly!

I would highly recommend U&Pet service to anyone who has a dog and needs to get from point A to point B with their dog! U&P showed up at my house exactly on time, I and my pet were welcomed into a perfectly clean and comfortable car, my dog was fastened with a dog-​friendly seatbelt, and the ride could not have been more comfortable. My dog, Emma, loves the U&Pet team and I do too! I work in the events industry which often means sporadic and long hours and U&Pet has been a fantastic service to walk Emma when I just can’t get home on time. Knowing Emma is well taken care of and taken on her favorite neighborhood routes is such a relief and working with U&Pet to schedule her outings is just about as easy as it gets. Even when my requests come in later than I’d like, I know we’ll be well taken care of. The price can’t be beat but neither can the individualized customer service. I can’t praise them enough and highly suggest letting U&Pet join your family too — just don’t try to schedule them when Emma needs her walks :) Five stars!

We have been using U&Pet for a little over three months and Claudio and his team take excellent care of our dog, Dempsey. He not only walks him, he also trains him on his leash manners during the walks.
Working with U&Pet has been great, due to our hectic work and travel schedules we have had to make some last minute adjustments. Claudio has been responsive and helpful.
Their prices are quite good compared to other dog walking services we’ve had in the past. I like that the quantity discount kicks in after a certain number of walks rather than committing to a long term service agreement.

I feel very blessed to have found this service. I have five Salukis, a high-​maintenance breed, two of which are advanced in age and require special handling. I discovered this company when looking for a pet taxi service that could transport the two senior dogs to their monthly vet appointments in Germantown. One of the dogs has hip and back issues which makes getting in and out of regular vehicles very challenging. When I initially contacted U & Pet, I voiced my concerns about having the right person and right vehicle for my dogs. The office manager replied to my email within less than an hour and said that the owner of the company had fourteen years as a dog trainer and was extremely smiled with all breeds and ages of dogs. Because I had concerns about how my old guys would get in and out of the vehicle (they are not trained to use a ramp), she even sent photos of the vehicle to be used. This set me at ease and when our driver, Claudio (also owner of the company) arrived (promptly), I knew we were in good hands. My dogs, which are shy, immediately warmed up to Claudio, and I was really impressed to have found a dog care business which was run by a truly dog savvy person who knew everything about dog care and handling. I am a veteran in the pet care business myself (I have a pet spa) and am not easy to impress, as few pet care businesses are run by pet care veterans and experts, as is U & Pet. I now have a standing appointment with U & Pet for our monthly vet appointments and my dogs hand off easily to Claudio. Though I do not travel often, due to having multiple dogs that require someone with knowledge of pack management and handling senior pets, it s good to know that they also offer dog walking and pet sitting if needed. I highly recommend this service for anyone looking for high quality care delivered with professionalism. It has certainly take a lot of stress away from my life, Thank you, U & Pet!
