Kerri Castellini is an experienced trusts and estates lawyer. Ms. Castellini has worked on countless cases that focus on estate and trust administration, estate planning, and guardianships for incapacitated minors and adults. She is extremely passionate about working with families as they plan for the future and helping them by providing estate and trust administration guidance after the passing of a loved one.

History

Established in 2015.

Kerri Castellini was born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey. She studied English and Political Science in Maryland at Loyola University where she graduated cum laude. She pursued a legal education at the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law. It was during her first year that Ms. Castellini was awarded the First Lap Award for her dedication to the law school community. Ms. Castellini then went on to become a moot court associate, the managing editor of the Journal for Contemporary Health Law & Policy and a participant in the Columbus Community Legal Services clinic. After graduation, she served as an associate at Feeney & Kuwamura, P.A. and then at the Kuwamura Della Rocca Law Group, P.A. While working as an associate, she became a fellow at the American Bar Foundation. Ms. Castellini currently serves as a partner in the trusts and estates practice group at Price Benowitz, LLP.

After graduating from the Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, Kerri began a career in trust and estates law. Ms. Castellini is currently a partner in the trusts and estates practice group at Price Benowitz, LLP and serves as a Board Member for the Women’s Bar Association of the District of Columbia. She is currently licensed to practice law in Maryland, the District of Columbia, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
