Established in 1994.

Mr. Munter has been practicing law since 1994. He was instrumental in building one of the leading False Claims practices in the nation during his time working for Kohn, Kohn and Colapinto, LLP. He also served as an attorney working with False Claims Act issues for the National Whistleblower Center Legal Defense and Education Fund. Mr. Munter also gained international experience while working abroad as an attorney handling business immigration matters for Isreali corporate clients. Mr. Munter has filed cases in several federal jurisdictions, state courts, and also with IRS whistleblower office for tax fraud.

Mr. Munter has extensive experience using the qui tam provisions of state and federal False Claims Acts to protect the rights of whistleblowers who report fraud. He has conducted seminars on the False Claims Act and regularly advises fellow attorneys on the special civil procedures involved in pursuing False Claims Act cases. He has also conducted a seminar on the potential international application of False Claims Act law for Integrity Action at Open University in Budapest, Hungary.

Mr. Munter earned his BA from McGill University and his Juris Doctor from Massachusetts School of Law, where he was a member of the school’s Law Review. He is a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA) and the Metropolitan Washington Employment Lawyers Association (MWELA).
