I really wanted to like this place because the office is located in the building directly next to my office. The dentist is absolutely wonderful, but the office manager is incompetent. I tried to get dental work scheduled with them for months before throwing in the towel.
The dentist told me I needed work done in September. I expected the office manager to send a treatment plan so that I could schedule that appointment. I didn’t hear anything. So in November, I proactively asked her for a treatment plan and insurance quote for the work I needed. The office manager was argumentative and did not know what I meant by a treatment plan. Finallly, after sending her an example of what I was asking for (my first bad sign), she said she would ask the insurance company and I should expect to receive the plan in 4 weeks.
EIGHT weeks later, I followed up three times in one week. When I finally caught her on the phone, she said she was «too busy from catching up from the holidays» and she would get back to me when she had more time. Then when she FINALLY had the plan in hand, she asked me if she could fax it and said «the scanner is down.» I believe another commenter had the same experience six months ago. I guess the scanner is still broken (give me a break). She then offered to snail mail me the treatment plan. At that point, I told her never mind and that I would take my business elsewhere. It’s just not acceptable to rely on fax and snail mail in 2016. It should be easier than this to interact with a professional medical office.
Basically, don’t waste your time by scheduling an appointment here. Dr. Wilson only has one office manager doing all of her administrative work, and this person struggles with even the most basic function of their daily job. It’s not worth your frustration.

Dr. Wilson was amazing! Her medical assistant was amazing but unfortunately I gave this office with a not so satisfactory rating because of the events that took place after I received dental services.
The office manager treated me pretty horribly. I asked to have a receipt scanned to me and she promised to email it over once the scanner was back up and running.
The next week I hadn’t received anything so I called to double check if it was sent. The office manager said yes but I didn’t see it on my end. This happened twice more before I stopped hearing from the OM completely via email/​phone.
Another 2 weeks went by and I called and left several VMs throughout different times of the day. Then one day I had the idea to call the office with my cell first, and if that was unsuccessful, use a co-​workers cell right after. When I called on my phone, as expected the call went to VM, but on my co-​workers phone the OM picked up after the first ring!
Eventually, I had my boyfriend call the office on his phone to have the OM mail the receipt to my house.
I couldn’t believe that she was ignoring my calls! I haven’t been back since but it is a shame because the doctor alone was perfect but who can deal with those kinds of administrative problems? I couldn’t schedule an appointment if I wanted to since they don’t pick up for me anyway… lesson learned.

Dr. Wilson is incredible. I’ve been with her for over a decade. You can’t have a kinder or more professional dentist. She has taken care of me, my wife and my visiting family on an emergency basis. It doesn’t get better.

I visited Dr. Wilson today for my first appointment. She is very professional and a lovely person. I didn’t wait very long in the reception area and scheduled a follow up visit for just over a week from now with no problem. The check-​up and cleaning was also superb. Dr. Wilson gives great advice on how to prevent future dental issues and will walk you through a plan to take care of your current issues. I highly recommend her office!!!

Have been going to Dr. Wilson for about five years. She recently moved her practice to a new location in Southwest, with new staff. I am definitely a fan, and always have been. Great dentist, and great work.
