I have been a patient of Dr. Greenlee for many years. He is extremely professional and has a great bedside manner. I also like the fact that there always seem to be medical students working with Dr. Greenlee. Finally, I have always been very impressed with the office team … front desk, medical assistants, etc… They have always been very professional and friendly.

When you call a doctor’s office, and you are sick and searching for a new doctor, the last thing you should expect is to be hung up on by a rude front desk receptionist. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I go to Dr Greenlee. I went to a number of specialists & finally realized I was taking too many drugs & getting too many tests. A reviewer mentioned being horribly sick & being told to take OTC drugs. Well I had a similar situation & guess what — Mucinex, Sudafed [both OTC] & lots of water healed me. Prescription drugs would not have done so. Dr Greenlee is compassionate; he listens; I can get into see him; and I find if I am nice to the office staff they are nice to me.

I love Dr. Greenlee. I find him very personable and am impressed with the care that I’ve received from him over the past seven year. His receptionists, on the other hand, are extremely rude and make me not want to come back. When you visit a doctor’s office you want to be treated with some dignity. The receptionists at this practice are abhorrent and treat the patients, literally, like dirt. As I mentioned before, I have been grinning and baring this terrible service for the past seven years because I really respect and appreciate Dr. Greenlee. I just wish they would hire some more professional staff to work the front desk.

I had such an appalling experience at this practice that I’m now writing a review of this place 6 years later. First of all, I remember the front office staff as being terrible. I went in there once when I was horribly sick and the staff was busy eating fried chicken at the reception area and told me they could not help me until they finished their lunch. When I requested my medical records from the place after I moved, they sent me someone else’s records! And the time I went in there when I was horribly sick(I’m normally in pretty good health and this was probably the sickest I have ever felt in my life), they brushed me off and told me to go get some OTC medicine that didn’t help at all. I’ve had recurring issues ever since that illness. I was treated by a nurse practitioner — Kathy St. Germain and by Allen Greenlee. DONOTGOTOTHISPLACE!
