Went yesterday on a busy Saturday afternoon, the line was long but the service was fast. I ordered my drink with soy milk and was made a drink with whole milk. The mistake was quickly fixed and my drink was made one size larger for the inconvenience and I appreciated that. Not sure if it is just this location but they were not using names on the cups and I watch this tactic cause several people to be confused as to who had what drink on the counter for pick up. Even just using initials would have rectified that whole problem. A good experience overall.

This is not a good Starbucks. It is busy and the employees aren’t great. The biggest problem though is that Dulcezza is next door and has coffee that is a million times better. I don’t understand why anyone would go to this Starbucks instead.

This Starbucks is completely adequate. It wasn’t too busy on a Thursday morning and my drink order was taken and made without any issues. There’s a decent amount of seating inside(although somewhat communal), and there’s even a good-sized patio for outdoor seating. There was nothing about this place that exceeded expectations. The staff was there to get the job done and get your drinks made — they weren’t particularly cheery or friendly, but weren’t grumpy or off putting either.

Great chai latte, but finding parking is horrific at this location. Restrooms require pin, WiFi is free, and they have outdoor seating, which is nice. It’s not facing traffic and that’s what I like about it most. The interior is pretty clean and the restroom is okay. Very friendly baristas.

It took usually around 35 min for me to get my order every time I came there, even when there were barely other customers around. I normally order hot tea. How long does it take to pour water over a tea bag? I used to go there on my way to work since it was just two blocks away from the office — instead of enjoying my tea walking to work I had to run risking to burn myself so that I’m not late. If I inquired about the status of my tea the woman that took my payment would always ask I produce a receipt because she doesn’t remember me ordering. Outrageous! This happened again and again and it’s given I was a «regular». I also heard her make fun of a group of Italians who didn’t speak English but it was clear what they were ordering, she just has an attitude. One thing she’s generous with is giving you a dirty look. The only reason I added a star is because the male barista was friendly with customers but he was usually on the side making coffee so I barely ever interacted with him. I now have a better job and better customer service elsewhere but I stopped going there even before I relocated. Deuces Starbucks!

For a Starbucks I had a good experience here, albeit I went during the evening on a weekday. Located in busy Dupont, I was surprised there was no line and plenty of seating and space next to outlets to recharge my phone. The baristas were pleasant and when I asked for a brown sugar packet to add to my latte, they were intrigued and told me they were going to try that next time. Unfortunately Filterhouse coffee closes at 7pm so this is the next best thing in the immediate area.

Poorly run. There’s a 50⁄50 chance they’ll screw up your order. It is busy and they move through the line well so there’s some reason but they’ve got plenty people working. Otherwise it’s a good setting and convenient!

Come here and expect: Clover brew, LARGE patio, quieter vibe on Sunday afternoons What I got from it: This is not necessarily a larger Starbucks than the one located directly on Dupont Circle. That location has an upstairs, and a smaller patio and a even smaller downstairs. I think both of these locations have an equal amount of seating. What I want to rave about this location is the mere fact of their patio. Hands-down this is so appreciated! Sidewalk space is prime and not every restaurant or café can afford a patio space. What I love even more about this particular patio is that the patio faces away from Connecticut, allowing for a calmer vibe, though you will have more quiet during the weekends when there is no construction being done and the car traffic is obviously less. The patio would have won me over, but on top of that amenity, they offer Clover Brew!!! Done. This Starbucks wins.

My favorite Starbucks in the area. Try Filter for less generic espresso drinks, but come here for very friendly, competent staff. Busy all day from about 7:30 am.

Drink tasted weak and milk like soap. Wife asked for triple expression and believed it was I shot too light. Folks were not very nice behind the counter. Walking distance to hotel but hey there are many more 4 bucks around. This one worth avoiding.

The most terrible Starbucks in the world! For sure! Workers have no idea how to make usual drinks and SCREAMATYOU!!! After such experience you start to hate Starbucks chain which blocks small businesses’ developing, but provides awful coffee and awful service! «Special thanks» to guy named Christoph or Cristobal for being the most rude and unprofessional barristo I have ever met and to manager Dominic who doesn’t care what happens in her coffee shop at all and ignores costumers

I brought my boyfriend from Toronto to the area and it was a sunny day. We were pretty thirsty and the first thing we thought pig was the iced tea. The staff is friendly and service was really quick compared to other Sbux but the teas were not iced when I got them. Took a while before we could enjoy them.

Lots of seats but it’s usually crowded. Good place to people watch. Large windows(downstairs especially) allow for good viewing of the circle. Wifi was a bit slow but it did the job.

I’m thrilled that this Starbucks has added an upstairs level! Before it was one level and always so crowded. You’ve literally won the lottery if you were able to secure a chair there. I hosted a Deaf LGBT coffee social there recently. It’s so nice to find a place that allows some room for a large group of people. And, the best part is that they’re open until midnight! Two things I had concern with: I wish there was an elevator for people who cannot get up there. Accessibility, people! There was an horrible stench up there. It smelled like the trash hadn’t been taken out in 3 months. Either there was someone with terrible body odor or a rat died in one of the overhanging pipes. Other than that, I look forward to going back there without the stench.

Best baristas in the city! Seriously. They are *always* friendly. This is important because I’m usually seeing them before I’ve had my morning coffee. They are always quick, which I can appreciate from a Starbucks. Most days I end up waiting 2 – 3 minutes to order my drink and then another 2 – 3 minutes to receive my drink. In DC, I consider being in and out of a Starbucks in about 5 minutes a miracle. Lucky that this is on my way to the metro in the morning.

They either mess up or forget my order EVERYSINGLETIME. The only reason I kept coming back is because it’s the most convenient location on my way to work. I finally reached the end of my rope today. I really don’t understand why it’s so complicated to a) not forget and then b) properly make two grande iced coffees, sweetened with skim. What a disappointment and I gave them so many chances.

This place is a normal Starbucks. Very normal. Long lines in the morning and not so rest of the day. I adore the baristas of course b/c this place is right next to my office so they know me and they know my order. I like Starbucks and the baristas earn it an extra star. Also, they have outdoor seating(which isn’t ALL taken usually). However, there are no seats ever — people get here early & pretend to suck down a tall drip all the lifelong day whilst monopolizing a 2 seater table. This is annoying when you pop down at 3 and still see people EVERYWHERE on laptops chilling with a tiny cup. So, like many other establishments, it’s the people who come here and not the rest of the experience that makes it annoying. The only other minor gripe is after you get your drink, there is only a tiny bit of space at the bar where you pour milk in your coffee, add cinnamon, grab a straw and whatnot. I always just need to walk past to get out the door(as I grab my straw at the counter) and it’s usually a big to-do.

Always so damn crowded! Also, the establishment is kind of grubby. I guess they just don’t clean as often as they should, given the volume of patrons. There’s a severe lack of seating and of course every patron could use a lesson in manners when it comes to sitting at appropriate tables.(If you’re one individual, don’t sit at a table for four!) Their yogurt parfait(with strawberries and blueberries and granola) was pretty sub-par. Think McDonald’s parfait. The strawberries were just very odd, and I much prefer Panera’s.
