Dr. Sonita Singh is great! Very personable and kind, but her front office staff is AWFUL! Zero manners, zero customer service, zero attention to detail. I hope the doctor’s at the office read these reviews and can do something about it, as it’s quite worrisome when you know that such careless individuals are handling your medical records!

Dr. Singh has been my primary care physician for almost a year. I’ve been happy with her so far. I haven’t found her to be cold or distant as others have said. I guess one person’s «direct and professional» is another’s «cold and impersonal». I don’t doubt their experience, but I’ve felt LESS rushed with her than other doctors in the area. I have seen her wear a mask, but it was during flu season and I was in there with flu symptoms, so it felt like a reasonable precaution. I didn’t have any trouble hearing or understanding her. As a younger, more tech-savvy individual, I wasn’t put off by her sitting behind a computer when I meet with her. She takes copious notes and seems to genuinely use the medical records system she’s entering data into. Other doctors I’ve been to seem to resent electronic medical records, or are confused by the process of entering them, so it was nice to find a doctor who wasn’t afraid to use technology. Overall, I’m happy having her as my primary care physician, and I’d recommend her to others.

Dr. Singh is very impersonal and cold — she immediately enters the room with a surgical mask covering her face and then sits behind her computer. She made almost no eye contact with me throughout my visit. It was also nearly impossible to understand anything she was saying through the mask. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in the presence of another human being in my life.

Dr. Singh has been my doctor for about a year now. She has been attentive and courteous. She is rushed sometimes, as all urban doctors are. Sometimes her manner is matter-of-fact, but I appreciate this directness in a doctor. She has fixed a number of things that have bugged me. She has been efficient and accurate. She sits behind her computer for a part of the visit because she reviews charts and notes, and makes further notes — careful notes, from what I gather. But she also looks me in the face and pays attention. In many cases, one gets back what one puts in – or gets back more. I think this is one of those cases. I am grateful for Dr. Singh’s professionalism.
