I thought the store owner was helpful and willing to bargain which is good. However, they were shifty with their return policy. I was told i could return the shoe unworn for a refund if it was before 4 days and after that I could refund for an exchange within 30 days also unworn. When I went back two days later to refund the shoe, they then said I had to exchange it or get store credit. They pointed to a sign on the side of the register which is not clearly visible from where I was standing while they rang me up.
In any event, I told them that I was misled by the employee and they should return the shoe since it was in perfect condition anyway, she refused.
Anyway, all I would say if be careful with this place, they are hustlers.

Great place to find your favorite name-​brand «throwbacks». From Gucci to Le Coq Sportif.
However. Its pretty dusty in there — especially the items displayed in the window. The service is nice — and you can negotiate like a yard sale. Talk them down to save yourself a few bucks and they might throw in a matching item (belt, bucket hat, etc) for a reasonable rate.

It was as if they knew I wasn’t going to purchase anything in their store. The customer service was so lacking. granted I did walk in with my phone in hand, but that was only so that I could check in on Unilocal and complete an intense chess game I had been playing with a friend.
As for the offerings, everything there was a bit dusty and since there are many other shoes/​clothing stores in the area, I don’t see why anyone would want to purchase items from this store. They obviously don’t seem to care to make their products presentable. Then again perhaps they are new. This is afterall their first review on Unilocal
