History
Established in 2014.
OutAdventuring was founded in 2014 by Joseph Peters. Growing up I liked going on adventures. Adventuring is fun, duh! It is especially fun when you take someone with you. Sometimes it takes some convincing, sometimes it doesn’t. But 9 times out of 10, that person is glad that they came. Not only for the actual adventure, but for the stories and memories that come along with it.
Here at OutAdventuring, we strive to give everyone a taste of that thrill. So why didn’t I just go work for some other tour company? Why start this venture? Why shouldn’t customers choose one of the other hundred travel companies out there? Simple. I love my kind of adventure and I hate cookie-cutter tours.
So OutAdventuring does not do cookie-cutter tours. We offer small, personal tours of 8 – 12 people max. Keeping the tour size small gives us several advantages. Our goal is for you to have so much fun on an OutAdventuring tour, that you join us on our next adventure. Heck, you can even suggest our next one!
