Made an appointment online. When I called to confirm, it wasn’t in the system. Then booked a second appointment while on the phone. The day before the appointment, I got a call saying that the appointment was made in error because there were no available slots. A third appointment was made. So today I arrive 5 minutes before my appointment. Fifteen minutes later I am told, after I ask for an update on why I had not yet been seen, that it would be another 20 minutes before I will be seen. Poor scheduling system!!!

Made me wait 20 mins while walk ins went ahead. I had an appointment and was on time but the two people in the office didn’t communicate that to each other apparently.
