I took two items to this cleaner. I got a call from a woman a few days later with my clothes — the cleaner had mistakenly given them to her. Thank goodness she was kind enough to call me. She took them back to the cleaners so I could get them. when I went to pick them up and explained I didn’t want to pay for clothes they had given to someone else, they didn’t agree. She grudgingly offered a 10% discount. I should have just arranged to meet the woman who had my clothes and gotten them from her. Instead, I had to pay them for clothes they gave to someone else. so unless you want to take the chance of never seeing your clothes again — use another dry cleaner.

Very expensive. Dropped off dry cleaning early on Friday, promised it to me by late in the day Saturday. Made arrangements to make it there, and it was not ready. Knocked off $ 4 for my hassle, lol. Only open till 7 pm so I had to leave work early one day to make it back there.(Hence the weekend drop off). Go somewhere else instead.

Dropped off some dresses and a banner I wanted to clean before framing. One of the dresses had a stain which I pointed out. The dress came back w/the stain still on it and the hem unraveled. They took the dress back and cleaned it again and the stain came out. They completely ruined the banner. It shrunk in odd spots and is no longer a rectangle. The decoration was melted off. They’d charged me $ 20 for it and would not return the $ 20 until«he» saw it. I left it with them and when I came back several days later the banner was no longer on premise. Had to go back again to get it and my money back, and didn’t get so much as a sorry. Will never go back again. Way over priced for what you get.
