Worst service. Never open on time and are inattentive to customers waiting in line. I’ve been waiting over 8 minutes at the front of the line and no one is even at the cashier to take me order.

Friendly staff, clean and inviting location, not too far from the metro, and the baked goods are almost always fresh.

I have been going to this location for a while now and always order the same thing… Iced coffee and maybe a donut if they are fresh(sometimes they’re not). I always ask for liquid sugar with my ice coffee since crystal sugar tends to sink to the bottom therefore, does not make sense to use in ice coffee. Most of the time I get some kind of attitude when I ask for liquid sugar at this location. This particular morning I ask for it and another lady jumped in and yelled at me saying that they discontinued carrying liquid sugar. I explained to her that I always get liquid sugar at this location and according to their corporate office DD has not discontinued using it. I asked for her manager and she said she is not there and so I asked for her name and she told me «if I don’t believe that they have liquid sugar to come around the register and look for myself» I tool my coffee that I had already paid for and found out who the manager was and contacted their corporate office. Luck of the draw. I came in at the end of a looooong line and it turned out, when I finally ordered, I was still the last person at the front of the line. Hah! The morons in front of me were high on something other than weed. Not only did they change their orders four times after it was rung in, they looked stupefied when it came time to pay. Searching for money. Wow. Everything I ordered tasted good, the only reason it isn’t 5 stars is when someone orders the hashrounds, please include ketchup. Don’t make me go back for it. Tip: Keep your receipt. It has your order number on it.

Easy access from metro. Service is always fast. I’m taking away one star because of the older woman who works in the morning who doesn’t listen to my order, and puts cream in sugar in my coffee when I ask for it black. Also, I’m in here everyday. No staff member remembers me or knows my order. I get the same thing every time and it shouldn’t be that hard. In sum, staff needs to work on customer service skills, not how quickly they can screw up someone’s coffee.

Ok. This is a brand new Dunkin Donuts so others may have had some different experiences due to new staff etc. This place was clean, the doughnut I had at 8pm was still fresh, the employee who served me was polite and quick. There are some seats and tables to sit at. It is a small store so sitting room will go fast. So far so good. Glad they finally put a Dunkys in this area of the city.

I almost broke a tooth on the muffin they just sold me. They do not have it together at this location yet.
