These guys are so great! When my laptop just straight up stopped working one day (for no reason that I could figure out) they diagnosed it for free and when it turned out that I simply needed a new computer (apparently something had fried), they did a full set up on a new laptop and switched over all of my files from my old hard drive for only $ 50. They also extracted the physical hard drive from the old computer in case I ever needed to access it ever again (good thing too, because it turned out my new computer was defective and I had to go back and do the whole process again).
The staff are very friendly and professional. They explained what had happened to my old computer in laymen’s terms (if it is not already apparent, I am not a techy savvy person) and had everything done in less than 24 hours! I will go back to them with any computer issue.

I just had Chris over to fix a problem with Windows 7 that said «the user profile service failed the logon. User profile cannot be loaded». I saw solutions posted online but they involved changing the registry, which is so serious I didn’t feel competent to do it myself. Chris fixed it in about 15 minutes, and also gave me some helpful tips that I really appreciate. The only reason I am not giving all 5 stars is that the original tech scheduled to come called in sick, and I was not notified that this would cause my 10am appointment to be switched closer to 11:30. But they gave me a $ 25 discount, which goes a long way toward making it better. I just wished they had called me to let me know about the delay.

I recently had a few issues with my Macbook Pro and my iPhone 6. After multiple trips to the Apple store and the Microsoft store and hours on the phone with Go Daddy everyone blamed the other company for the problem. Jon R. showed up and within an hour and a half he had sorted out every problem that none of the other companies could. Keep up the excellent work.

I had a lovingly cared for 20″ 2008 iMac that recently died suddenly and couldn’t figure out why. After the frustration of taking it to several places (including the Apple Store, which deemed it «vintage» and wouldn’t work on it) to determine whether it was worth holding onto (eg. fixing), and not coming to any conclusions, I thought I would give it one last shot and contacted Computer Geeks. They were very responsive and when I took it in and explained my problem, they listened intently and provided me with clear info on potential cost of various options – all of which were very fair. I left my unit there for them to diagnose, and when it turned out it wasn’t a good financial decision to fix it, they at least were able to save my data and the charge for their services was very fair. I was very satisfied with not only the competence but also professionalism of the staff and owner, and would absolutely go to them again with any future issue. Highly recommended!!!

These guys are amazing. Excellent customer service. I found them through Google and would definitely recommend them. I’m setting up a new business and needed help syncing email accounts, contacts, calendars etc. After being used to having an IT department to help, I was a little overwhelmed, even though I think myself pretty tech savvy. I now consider Computer Geeks my new IT department! Great value.

My outlook was not working properly, I needed to upgrade to the new Windows, and my computer was super slow. I was tempted to do what the rest of the horde has done and get a Mac, but I didnt want to deal with the stigma of being a mac user, or go into the Apple store and deal with those «holier then thou» mac «geniuses», so I called Computer Geeks. Mitch came to my house and got me fixed up like new! He took my 4 year old broken down PC and got it running fast again. He is also a very friendly guy and took the time to answer my questions I had wihtout feeling rushed. Would def deal with Computer Geeks again! Thanks Mitch!

I received excellent advice from Computer Geeks over the phone at no charge. I appreciated their thoughtfulness and willingness to spend time talking to me about my options regarding my broken printers (they do not fix them). If I need help in the future, I will go to them.

I would not call them again. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for Saturday between 10 a.m. — 11 a.m. After not showing up by 12:15, I called the company to find out what happened. The owner said he would find out and call me right back. He did not bother to call back.

These guys are great. I called on Memorial Day, they answered their phone and got me an appointment for the next day. Someone showed up at my house and fixed my broken itunes (it disappeared!) in less than 20 min.
Yes, it cost me $ 99 (you have to pay for a full hour) — but it was painless and now my computer is fixed.
They are very professional.

This is my first five star review, ever! these guys are awesome. I made an appointment to get some housekeeping jobs done on my ancient laptop (celebrating 9 years in fall 2011!) – memory addition, new printer and new mouse attachment. Andrew showed up on time, was extremely professional and polite. He realized really quickly that my RAM chip wouldn’t fit into my computer, and advised me not to bother getting a new chip because my computer is, basically (and sadly) on the verge of death.
He fixed everything in under an hour. I realize that the stuff I had him do is basic, but, believe me, it would have taken me all day to do any of it, plus the psychic aggravation I get from dealing with technology, which, face it, I hate. It was worth the $ 97 just to get it all done in one fell swoop. then, of course, my modem broke the very next day so I now have to deal with Comcast. Curses, technology!
