The first time I ever brought clothing in here I got a suit jacket back with a button missing. When I brought it back in for them to fix it, the person who works there gave me an incredible amount of attitude, saying there is no way this could have been their fault because of their «first class machinery.» While he said he would fix it, he was so incredibly rude and defensive about it that I declined and will not be going back.

The person who works here must take 15 breaks a day. You have to call before you go and make sure she isn’t going on break and then go pick up or drop off. Sometimes your clothes show up when they say they will, some times they don’t. Hit or miss. Overpriced too.

I’ve taken my clothes here on numerous occasions as it is conveniently placed in the House building complex.
Prices are decent and the staff is friendly. However, the wait times are much longer than I am used to with my previous cleaner. (They also worked on-​site, though.)
