History

Established in 1998.

Circa Lighting was founded in Savannah, Georgia in 1998 by Gale Singer.

In Savannah, Gale conceived her idea for a well edited lighting showroom where clients could shop in a boutique like atmosphere. She found 375 square feet in Savannah’s historic district (talk about well edited), and the first showroom was born. Additionally, she wanted the outreach to interior designers, architects and builders to have a similar experience locally and online with well curated offerings.

In addition to our robust website, Circa Lighting now has 6 showrooms across the country in Georgia, Illinois, South Carolina, Texas and Washington DC. We continue to be the première distributor of Visual Comfort products, as well as a small collection of other hand-​picked manufacturers.
