President of Careers In Nonprofits, Nurys Harrigan, a native of the Dominican Republic, is bringing her personalized and customized staffing services to the Chicago and Washington, D.C., nonprofit communities. She is a passionate and fierce supporter of socially responsible enterprises and has devoted her career to finding exceptional personnel for nonprofits.

For the past 17 years, she has successfully placed executives and middle managers, as well as program and support staff, in a wide range of nonprofit organizations and associations. She has established an extensive network in both the Chicago, IL, and Washington, D.C., nonprofit marketplaces. Nurys established the Washington, D.C., office of Professionals for Nonprofits – the premier nonprofit recruiting organization on the east coast.
