This furniture store is a complete rip off! I bought a bedroom set and it broke. I only had it a couple of months. I return to the store because it was dangerous and ask them to either fix it or replace it. They told me that after seven days they don’t do anything about fixing or repairing their furniture which is in sane! No one expects to pay hundreds of dollars for bedroom set and have a break on then immediately. This Store has been «going out of business» for two years! If you care about the safety of yourself or your children do not buy furniture from the store you will waste your money, you will have a breakdown on you, and you will have no one to help you! This store does horrible business in a low income area and takes it vantage of the people who choose to patronize it! Do yourself a favor and go to value city or go to rent a Center furniture. Do not buy anything here!

Beware. Shady place. Awful return policy. They do not let you know that there is a «cancellation fee» so you only get back a portion of what you paid. It’s on the back of the receipt but you won’t know that because they wont tell you there is anything on the back of the receipt to read. They just have you sign it and you’re none the wiser you’re signing your money away.

Mattress is cheap, but service is awful and shady. I’m still waiting on a refund for something I didn’t order. They originally didn’t send the bed frame (overpriced) and when i called and complained, i was told «it was no big deal». They did send the driver back, but everyone was rude, and I even got hung up on. I’m still waiting for the refund, and don’t expect anyone to call you back, they won’t! Also, for $ 70 delivery I assumed that they would set up the mattress. instead, they just threw it against the wall.

went there to get a couch, rugs, and a bed, sketchy as hell but I like the couch and my bed is plenty comfy. We also got a trash can and kitchen sheers. Delivery sucked, but that’s the only big problem we had. You get what you pay for you guys, remember that.

Place looks shady, but furniture is fine (better than Ikea, at least) and prices are good.
I came in at 5:00 pm, bought a matress set, asked to deliver it, and 40 min later the matress was in my bedroom
I would buy another piece of furniture if I need it.

I went to Capital Discount to buy a mattress and a sofa. Not only I saved a lot of money when I compare it with other labeled stores but also got the same day delivery. The plum manager is funny and keeps you entertained when shopping.

I purchased a Serenity twin mattress from Capitol Discount. It was a bit of a hike for me to get out there, since I took the bus instead of the train, but totally worth it. The lowest priced mattress was pretty bad, and one of the floor managers showed me the Serenity option instead., they can give you a sweet option to avoid the insane shipping fees from UPS, and even do same-​day delivery. I’ve had the bed for over a week and am pretty happy with it, so I definitely recommend checking out this place for good mattress deals.

Wow — I knew I wasn’t the only one out here being scammed… this is absolutely unbelievable. I was humiliated there — and the furniture I purchased… a sofa was possibly the worst piece I have ever seen in my entire life.
So you’re thinking — why’d you buy it in the first place? I had it delivered to my home thinking I’d get the same sofa I saw in their showroom. It was sturdy, looked like it was very durable. and the quality was fantastic.
The sofa they delivered… UNBELIEVABLE! Pieces of fabric literally stuck to your clothing when you sat on the couch — and I could see this sofa’s upholstery pretty much disappearing within the course of a couple months… terrible experience — Please don’t fall for their salespeople’s pitches… they’re very convincing.
