Sincerely speaking… she’s a product junkie in a very good way! I mean she spits the language of skin care/​make-​up & knowledge beyond my expectation! Amazing personality! Patient to your unnecessary product vent/​sad story. but ready with a smile with a solution.
Not judgmental when it comes to offering products. What do I mean? She doesn’t push pricey products because i come in a suit… nor will she offer a low price item because I cam in ripped jeans & a back pack!
I’m kinda new to the make/​skin care world & scary enough… she seemed so excited. LOL!
She is the type of rep you would want to hug after making a purchase or snagging a sample or 2. 2 thumbs up!!! Trying out her suggested products & will be back in a month to advise if they worked. :-)

I always pass by here when I come to Union Station to shop or eat, yet never stop in… I made presumption notions this was an extremely high-​end med spa. Don’t presume/​assume I’ve been told many times before.
Therefore, after standing outside for a few minutes & taking a few steps next door, I decided to finally go inside.
I’m soooooooooo glad I did.
1^st, I was greeted by this fiery salesperson with a heavy accent who welcomed me in & took my hand, literally & asked how can she be of service.
After my mini spiel, she introduced me to another plateau of facial care. In the interchange of such, she told me she was German & that I had beautiful skin & it needs to be loved LOL, I loved it!
Each question she asked me about my facial régime, she gave me a look & an abbreviation of «no good»…again LOL.
Lady Gabriele became my instant International Facial Specialist in a matter of minutes. She educated me on the various products dedicated for my skin type without trying to sell me the store. With her favorite word «Pompastisch» meaning fantastic (My German Unilocalies, correct my comprehension), we continued our friendly connection of skin care to the T.
She bestowed so many samples upon me, after she reiterated the process of «making eye cream» & the other proper techniques of applying products. I didn’t feel too green, as I recognized some of the line of products from my previous Esthetician visits, so it made me a quick study.
Then I met the lovely Danni who was applying make up on effortlessly & providing insight to my daughter. We then met the perfect face of make up application Jennifer, who was just as outgoing & friendly… good gosh almighty was her make up so FLAWLESS.
Yes, there are some high end products, yet they promote all the products that would be conducive for your skin type.
&, other items such as calming aromatherapy products, Candles, Diffusers, Oils, Parfume, & a galore of Make Up Brands, Sun Care, Hair & Nails, Men’s, Tools to name just a few, was mind blowing. Every popular/​hot picks/​brand you can think of, they got it. I saw at least 50 different brands of something to boot. Not to mention they offer their signature spa experience with vast types of Skin Care, Aesthetic, & Body Care Treatments to name a few… with full service locations throughout the DMV.
Shucks with all of the samples we were so kindly given, along with the few purchases, it will be a good month or so before I need to return to replenish & expand. Not to mention the high recommendation to see Jessica the Esthetician Elite, for facial & waxing needs.
Yes, the price point is slightly expensive, with finding moderate products cheaper, however, the insight provided today from the ladies of knowledge, is worth the investment for having healthy feeling & looking skin.
Plus, to be in an environment of FANTASTIC customer service & not being forced to purchase anything, makes the experience a higher mark.
Gabriele the German Goddess, has the personality of a 4c diamond, just transparent & flawless as can be, where she makes you feel like an eager student & not timid of not knowing the essentials of beauty care. & her wittiness coinciding with her engaging personality, just makes you want to hire her as your private beauty & wellness consultant & spend all of your money.
Ladies, we will be back for more great products & the learning/​shopping of fabulosity, as our face has spoken!

Booked an appointment to have my make-​up done for a video shoot! They were great — professional phone service, a welcome greeting, and friendly service. They did an awesome job of helping customers — very knowledgeable!
My eyebrows looked amazing! They are very passionate about the products and their craft as make-​up artists.

Came in the store on Thursday and had a great experience with Cindy’s help. Was just going to buy a jack black lip balm but almost left with the entire line. The staff are vary knowledgable of all the items and had a answer for all my question. Got to try so many new things I didn’t know they carried and got some samples to take home to try as well. Highly recommend this place for all ur skin care, candles and fragrance Needs. They also sell makeup too

I love this place. Its very expensive but you definitely get what you pay for. High quality products and experienced professionals. The location is ideal for me. The other locations are farther than I’d like to travel.
The staff, they are ALWAYS friendly and personable. Plan to go back again today.
