Blueboy Document Imaging

My experience at this Print Shop was a good one. The employees were very helpful in assisting me getting my architect design to a large format for my project. They allow me to download a file on their computer and the cost was less then their competitors. I do recommend.

In a pinch to complete a school project for my daughter I called Blueboy Printing. Hiram just happened to be there, even though the shop was closed. He opened up, just for us, and did a GREAT job meeting our print needs! What great customer service!

I used Blueboy to print a brochure for a nonprofit organization that I do volunteer work for. I called them 2 days before a huge exposition where my organization had a booth. Blueboy was incredibly professional, prompt and courteous.
Our designer sent Blueboy the files and they took it from there. The final brochure looked amazing. Blueboy was incredibly easy to work with and the cost was very reasonable. Blueboy even delivered the brochures to my house, which was extremely helpful and saved me from having to go pick them up.
Overall I was 100% pleased with Blueboy. They are now my printer of choice. They are AWESOME!

What a complete waist of time, not only did I not receive my order, but they tried to gouge me on the price!
Incompetent, uncommunicative and downright unprofessional.

Update: went to Press Express. They treated me professionally, they did the work quickly and at ¹⁄₅^th the cost!

I did not choose to use this company on my own, as I didn’t even know it existed. I had to pull some records from DC Archives (24″ X 48″ documents) and have them copied and bound, and this is the place that they utilize for that service. I can say that they were quick, as it didn’t take them long to complete the order. And the copies came out fine. What really surprised me was the price. I was expecting it to be much more expensive than what it ended up being, so I was very happy to find out that they had already been copied and I would only pay a fraction of what I had anticipated having to pay.
On the flip side, when I was at the DC Archive office, the lady informed me that they would call me before they copied them and let me know what the exact price was and when it could be picked up. They NEVER called me. I had to call them to see if they had even received the order from DC Archives, and at first they could not find my order, but when he looked again, not only did he find it but it was completed and ready for pick-​up. So, I do think that they could maybe be a tad bit more organized.
Will I use them again… Probably so. The quality of the copies were good, and the price was even better.
