I had photos printed here and they were haphazardly shoved into the envelope with the edges slightly bent. Is it too much to expect that $ 15 worth of photos be treated gently? I just moved to the neighborhood and wasn’t impressed with the customer service either. The photo lady acted annoyed that she was paged to help me, then she made me wait in the regular line.

This place is down the street from my house so it’s super convenient. The lines are short and I’m in and out. Also, you can gain points by using your walgreens card. I earned 5 dollars worth of points to use towards an ink cartridge for my printer which can be pricey.

Terrible photo department. Honestly the most unhelpful people work at this place. Is it that complicated to develop photos. I didn’t think you needed a degree. Put through two orders through my phone.200 photo order was put through on a Monday I picked up on Thursday. He handed me one pack of 100. Where’s my other order??? They can’t figure out where it is or what happened. After 35 min of searching they said they would put it through an give me 15% off. I came back Saturday they look at me like I’m an asshole yet again because they can’t find an order after they called me on Thursday to say they finished the order. I sat there for another 40 minutes to get no where with them. I’m livid. I had deleted the photos on my phone after I got the email saying they were done and ready for pick up. So now I lost all my photos from my phone and they could give two fucks. Never will I have them developed here again. Very unhelpful and ignorant.

No problems with this Walgreens except that its on the corner of Chaos and Hectic. Sometimes, getting in and out of this Walgreens is a pain in the rear. I avoid it if I can due to this issue.

They photo processing is sub par at best. On three different occasions I was told they could not help me with my order, 1 was for a passport photo and the other 2 were for photo printing. The staff is fine, but I always tend to wait in line so it never is a quick in and out. As far as local drugstores go I have no reason to remain loyal to this one.

I am a couponer, and make frequent trips to drug stores throughout the week to get the Register Reward deals at Walgreen’s. This Walgreen’s has been the only one that I have visited that has NEVER given me a problem when using coupons, and trust me, I use A LOT of them, often going in to purchase $ 60 — $ 80 worth of goods, and end up paying just pennies on the dollar, and then earning back $ 20 — $ 40 in new Register Rewards… This particular Walgreen’s usually has the shelves marked clearly, enough items on the shelf, and VERY helpful cashiers.

Dont let my update fool you. I dont like the store but recently went to the pharmacy and was treated amazingly well by the pharmacist. Mike was super friendly, helpful and went to bat for me when my insurance company was being difficult about filling my script. He was genuinely committed to helping me. Great customer service!

It’s a Walgreen’s, just a drug store and not a particularly large one. But they always seem to have sales on stuff that I enjoy like nuts and trail mix and chocolate. They also seem to always be in stock on the mundane things I actually go into the store to buy. Plus the people in the pharmacy are polite and get my prescriptions done on time and haven’t screwed any up. Theses are the most important things I look for in a drug store.
