I am new to Sofit, but I am already obsessed! After trying to rehab a crossfit injury that ended up causing daily back pain for four months, I decided to try the somix class when insurance stopped covering physical therapy. Well, after a week of class, my back pain is almost gone and I feel like I am starting to return to my old self! This studio did for me in one week what PT couldn’t do in months. The instructor, Krystal, is so passionate and eager to help you at whatever level you’re at. Her classes are fun, dynamic, and give you results! I can’t say enough positive things. I brought a friend to class tonight and now she can’t wait to go back too. Love it!
