Took my daughter to get her eyebrows and upper lip threaded. My daughter normally goes to another place near where she lives that uses lighter thread that doesn’t hurt so much and wets the thread(have no idea what that means) but the girl was very pleasant and although it hurt a bit more than what she is used to loved the results. She said he eyebrows were perfectly shaped(I agree) and her upper lip has never been so smooth. She was very happy with the results so so was I.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if possible, probably the worst place I have ever gotten my brows done. I can’t even recall the amount of times where I have told them that I just wanted a clean up, and wanted them no where near thin, and they have totally butchered them, completely ignoring what I said. My eyebrows were a nice thick shape, and I always got compliments on them, but this place has countlessly ruined them. 0 out of 5 stars.

Never been more disappointed. I usually go to Panache salon but was busy so while at mall figured I’d try them out. I was growing my brows out for about three months, going for thick brows and specifically told the girl«I do not want them small at all, just clean them up a bit». I have thick decent brows as it is. Not sparse at all. She took off so much I was in shock. Pencil thin!!! She couldn’t have gone any smaller. I was so upset and actually tearful when I confronted them. All they said was«I’m sorry». I asked my my money back at least and she was so rude and just snatched it out of draw and didn’t say a word. Never going agian, don’t waste your time unless you’re going for pencil thin.

5 stars — but with an asterisk! 1. Open till 1800 on a Sunday. That fact can’t be overstressed. Considering how many joints are CLOSED on Sundays — you know, during the 50% of the time you can actually do stuff for yourself? — that’s a beautiful thing. 2. VERY precise. They will hone in on what you want, give you the mirror so you can QC their progress, and get after it till the job is perfect. 3. Way inexpensive. 4. CLEAN! They don’t put goop on it when they’re done — so you don’t have to suffer through the break-out afterwards. The asterisk? It’s not a salon — it’s a kiosk. In the middle of the mall. With mall folk all up in your grill. To me, mall folk are like those mutants from«The Hills Have Eyes». Just terrible, terrible abominations unto the Lord. And if you’re like me, and it’s actually been awhile since you spent any length of time in a mall because of those mall folk … I got some bad news for you. They still suck. And there’s no shelter from their suckiness at this kiosk. That being said … these girls are providing a much-needed service: PATRONIZETHEM! That way, they can save up enough scrilla move out of that crap kiosk and into a real, mall folk-free salon.

Neelu’s has eyebrow threading techs that are as skilled as in metropolitan areas w/a lot of Indians. The only thing preventing me from giving 5 stars is the lack of privacy, so people walking around the mall can peek while you’re getting the caterpillars groomed. Shy types that want more privacy should come during the week when the mall is less busy. For me, it’s worth the spectacle to have my eyebrows turn out exactly how I want them.
