This review definitely deserve one star but I got a hold of someone wicked nice on the phone in the corporation office. So we got there around 5pm(me and my mom). There a line for this«digital box». Cox need to do a better job sending notice to people about this new feature. I basically turn on my tv one day and everything was that crappy elevator music. The guy who took care of us didn’t give a crap. He click all the bar codes and just said bye. Oh… Great customer service. I was like wait a minute I have a question about our internet. Got home and found out he didn’t close our account so none of the digital boxes work at all. The lady at the call center said he didn’t do it. Great!!!

I had a great experience here they gave me all the information to get all hooked up and i was able to get it going before i knew it better costumer service then I’ve had with past competition

Nice that they are open late. I still had to wait even though I was only one of two customers in the store. Maybe the second employee was on break? I can’t give it a higher rating, for the money I’m paying them each month I should have gotten a meal or a lap dance or SOMETHING. I was there to drop off a modem because we turned off our digital phone service. We weren’t using it, but every time we tried to cancel they claim it would be more expensive without it(See: Bundle). We finally just said to cancel it because they raised their prices again and we needed to exchange modems since the phone won’t be used. I will say that the store is clean, right at the entrance to the mall and the hours that they are open are really convenient.
