MINI of Warwick

This was my first sales experience at Mini of Warwick. Having already been a satisfied client with the Penske Group, I decided to look Into the possibility of owning a Mini which is where I met Donna Keane, Motoring Advisor. I was instantly comfortable working with her in the process of test driving several models and narrowing my search to the «Clubman» based on many factors which came down to Cost V. Value and how I would actually use the vehicle. Donna was very patient and included her Finance partner who was also there at every step to help in calculating trade-​in values and my monthly payment. I have never had this kind of service before in selecting a new car! To the very end of my buying experience, I was never so pleased with Donna and the entire crew that help put these deals together. Finally, I was introduced to the service crew and given a tour of my future service routine, which I felt was necessary to get off to the right start!

My husband owns a Mini and we are no stranger to the pricey and odd things that can happen to this foreign car. Each time we have brought it to Mini they have been helpful with information and offer a complimentary loaner which really helps the process of having your car worked on.
When it comes time to upgrade we will definitely be checking MINI of Warwick out.

If you are looking to buy a MINI, accessorize your car, or get maintenance, it’s a great place to be. Customer service is top notch and the staff are always friendly. I’ve had all of my maintenance done by Darrell Gomes. He rocks. He also organizes a local MINI club in the area that does events together. Ask him about adding you to the Facebook group if you’re in the shop.

I’ve been going to this location to service my Mini the past couple of years. In general, they are way overpriced but my last visit was a disaster. Not only were repairs made without my consent, I was charged $ 250 for a windshield wiper replacement. When I pointed out the bill seemed to high I was told I was wrong. Thankfully I did some research and finally got a refund. I also got a loaner car with low tire pressure and windshield washer fluid.
When I go to the dealership I’m always told how important my feedback is. I filled out a survey and asked for someone to follow up with me. Weeks later, nothing. I think they’re only interested in positive feedback and have no desire to address the negative.
I’m going to a local mechanic going forward. I don’t recommend them for any car service.

Awesome experience from the minute I met Junior Moreira on the lot. I knew exactly what I wanted and he listened! He knew the inventory and the product! He was very patient and did not rush us at all. Excellent salesperson!

Buying a car from Donna Keane was not only easy, but the entire process was pleasant. No hard sales tactics, no suit and ties. I was able to take my time without pressure. I purchased a cute little convertible and I couldn’t be happier. I only wished I didn’t live so far away, or I would use this dealership for my service. Highly recommend this business!

The sales guy, Junior, was great. He was not pushy and just went with the flow answering questions and making sure we test drove what we needed.
The Mini itself is fantastic. I will say that they are kind of limited in stock, but it was still a good selection of new and used.
The sales process was fairly smooth. The only issue I have is their resistance on moving off price. If they are not careful, they will lose customers to Metro he tend to be a bit more motivated. That is no reflection on our sales guy, just the people behind the glass.

I have been to this location several times to service my MINI Cooper S, and every visit has been wonderful. Jaymes has been my Service Advisor for each visit, and has been fantastic. He is always been super professional and straight forward. Jaymes always makes sure I understand everything completely, and always makes sure I am aware of what is going on with my vehicle. The loaner process is also super easy, which I love. Dropping off my car usually only takes a few minutes and I am out.
I am also planning on upgrading to a new MINI through this Warwick dealer. I was introduced to Donna who has already gotten together information for me. She was great and asking the right questions to figure out what I would be interested in. I will be sure to update after following through with a new purchase here!

I love everyone at Mini… Everyone I deal with there from my sales person Jessica to the finance Bill, to the service guys who just bend over backwards to help me. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a car. When I had my accident and totaled my countryman, Jessica and her team had another one waithing for me within less that a week! I’ve purchased many cars in my 57 years. MINI or Warwick rates at the top of any dealership that I have experienced. Donna K was a pleasure to deal with, open, honest and ready to spend as much time with me as necessary. Most importantly, closing the deal did not require that I fend off the typical finance manager push for «add-on’s», warranties, etc., etc., etc… 15 minutes of discussion regarding my trade in’s value and the deal was done.
I highly recommend the trip to Warwick for anyone interested in a MINI. You won’t be disappointed!

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! I was intending to buy a vehicle over the winter however the staff was so likeable and easy to work with that I ended up buying sooner. My boyfriend and I actually purchased 2 vehicles in the same weekend we liked them so much! One was a Ram Truck and the other a Countryman S. I was never pressured or forced to make a decision. This was my first experience buying a car on my own without bringing a male friend with me to help me. I feel completely confident in my buy and the vehicle they put me in was PERFECT! I especially want to thank your Motoring Advisor Dan Shiranian, your Sales Manager Brian Peruggi, and especially your Business Manager Bill Sides for their OUTSTANDING customer service! Whatever you are paying them you need to double it! You have a great team!

In a word, fantastic. Donna and Brian were very busy with other clients, but they both made us feel like we were their only concern. Donna helped me find the right vehicle for me and made me feel at ease that no financial situation couldn’t be tackled. She was meticulous with details and made the buying experience very pleasurable. I would highly recommend this dealership, specifically Donna and Brian to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. It was my pleasure to do business with the entire staff. Donna is attentive, understanding, patient and down right fun. She’s an asset to both mini and this dealership. We had a very unpleasant experience at another mini dealership and I was about to give up on the cooper entirely. This was the last shot for mini. Boy, did they knock it out of the park. Do your self a favor, if you are going to buy a mini, no matter how far this is from you, go here! Ask for Donna and Brian. The whole staff is great, but you won’t have a better buying experience anywhere else. I was shocked how awesome they were!

I first became a customer of Mini of Warwick in 2008. My interactions with their employees in the Service Department ensures that I will remain a customer! They are friendly, courteous, and trustworthy. They maintain an efficient pace that doesn’t take away from customer service. James greets me by name as soon as I enter, and dropping off my car for maintenance is a pleasant experience rather than a chore.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience with Mini of Warwick. From my awesome salesperson Donna to the ever patient Corey in the service department who always explains any issues or quirks of my MINI (because they can be quirky), I’m always thrilled with everyone! And despite its quirks, I would happily buy another MINI and recommend them to a friend. They’re great cars, fun to drive, and I’m becoming part of the fan club. Thank you guys!

First of all do not let this review sour your opinion of MINI, I bought one from MINI of Peabody and I love it. This is a review of the dealer, especially the sales manager Brian Peruggi, his unprofessionalism, overall attitude slimy business tactics and lack of common courtesy made me walk out of the dealership.
I was prepared to buy 2 mini coopers, one custom order cooper hardtop and one clubman for my mother. We test drove the cars and found we really liked them. while at the dealership. Our salesperson Donna was perfectly nice during the presentation (not during the negotiation) and really convinced us that these are great cars. When we returned to buy the cars on the second day there was a completely different tone. When I made my very reasonable offer on the car I was immediately rejected. I should note that my offer was an average of what edmunds, true car and blue book call a fair purchase price for my exact desired configuration. Their counter offer: a mere $ 500 off msrp. And on my mother’s trade in they offered her 15,000 for a car that she eventually traded in for 22,000 at Mini of Peabody (and mini of warwick offered her nothing off msrp for the new car)
When I held my position that these sites could not all possibly be wrong, Donna called over her sales manager Brian Peruggi, who did not even bother to say hello. He said that 500 off a mini was the «deal of the century», and that with my mother’s trade in they would loose money. When I showed him the data from the sites, he claimed that 900 dollars was something no mini owner got of a car. He then mentioned that the products made by the technology company I work for «have a price and I don’t get to talk them down. even though they are made buy tortured sweatshop child workers for five cents a phone».(he actually said this) He insulted my employer and what I do, and as a fellow salesperson that was the last straw. He spent five minutes complaining about my offer calling it stupid, uninformed, crazy and insulting while acting like a kid throwing a temper tantrum. He then cursed under his breath as he walked away (yeah I heard you Brian) Donna claimed that $ 500 was the most she ever saw someone get off a car and told us to take the deal (we didn’t) and when we left she said «this deal hurts me too, I don’t see a dime if you don’t buy anything. I feel like I wasted 3 hours of my time». Well thats too bad Donna because of your sales manager’s actions I wouldn’t buy a car even if you gave it to me for invoice because of his behavior.
I ended up making a deal the very next day for 1500 off a mini cooper that was special ordered from the factory. My mother bought a clubman for 800 off msrp, and got 22,000 for her old car. All this with much better service from Mini of Peabody (buy from them)
As long as Brian Peruggi works for mini of warwick stay away, he will insult you and throw a temper tantrum when you ask for anything other than msrp. If I ever treated a customer like he treated me I would be fired from my job. I’m surprised someone so juvenile even made it to sales manager.

Brad Barry is an excellent manager and Donna is a fabulous sales person. I had a wonderful experience here and they took care of me. You couldn’t meet more sincere people and at a car dealership no less! Happy to be a customer of Inskip Mini of Warwick.
