We had been looking for a BMW x3 and after a bad experience at another dealer, as we pulled up to look at one on the lot, there it was just waiting for us. The owner had just pulled up with the 2006 BMW x3. It was a sale at first sight. It is a great vehicle, the deal went smoothly we looked at it on Saturday and picked it up Monday all ready and inspected. A great experience and great customer service, genuine sales staff and the owner Demo was great too!

I put a cash down payment on a vehicle that was on their lot. They told me it would be ready in a few days and would call me when I was suppose to pick it up. I stopped looking for a car at this time because I was lead to believe I was handled. I waited longer than I should have because they never contacted me. I called them and they told me that the transmission was bad and they won’t sell me the car even at a discounted price. I drove 45 minutes for them to tell me they won’t refund my cash but instead They wrote me a check and told me where their bank was. Never again.

I purchased a vehicle from Demos a few months ago, they have great customer service! The salesmen went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me. They help you to get approved for a vehicle too! Not only is the customer service great but the mechanic is excellent! He diagnosed an issue I had with another vehicle that 2 other shops could not figure out! They diagnose cars for free and the labor rates are fair! I highly recommend Demos Auto Sales!
