Mike’s Construction has been in business since 1999. The owner, Mike Swafford, has been in the Building Trades since June of 1995. Mike’s Construction is Licensed and Insured. When required by the city we apply for the necessary permits.

A large percentage of the company’s business is gained through referrals. This is a true testament of the excellent work and dependability that continues to meet the expectations of our valued customers. They refer us to their family and friends with great confidence.

Business Owner

Mike Swafford enjoys spending time with his Wife and 4 children. He has been in the building trades since 1995 and also did 2 years at a Vocational Trade school. When you work for yourself there is a certain security in that you get all the investment from your hard work. This security and the opportunity to invest in the people of metro Detroit by providing them with training and employment opportunities is why Mike wanted to start a business. Mike enjoys motor sports such as drag racing and mud racing. When he is not making your home beautiful you might find him under the hood of one of his vehicles wrenching.
