Action One Automotive is Family Owned/​Operated and Managed by Saad Rassam, (Bashar’s nephew and partner — and protégé). Saad’s knowledge of Mechanical, Auto Body/​Collision Repair and passion for the automotive industry has provided him with the ability to expand Action One Automotive & Towing to include a Complete Full Service Collision Facility with State of Michigan and I-​Car Certified Body Technicians. Graduating from ATI with honors, Saad’s determination, hard work and success has blessed him with the opportunity to expand Action One Automotive to serve all of Southeast Michigan with a State of the Art Body & Collision Facility right next door to the Downtown location. Saad’s expertise and dedication shows that Action One Automotive is here to stay and will always continue the same great service that keeps the customers satisfied.

Bashar Iwas (An ASE Certified Master Mechanic) founded Action 1 Automotive in 1987 when he decided to change the public’s image of the average car mechanic.

He believed in showing his customers their old parts and taking the customer into the garage to show them what was wrong with the vehicle. With this approach, he gained many customers over the years, and with his honesty and integrity he earned their loyalty, and by offering some of the best pricing in town he’s kept them coming back!
