MINI of Dutchess County is a freakn’ bangin’ facility. Suditi, my MINI Rep, always greets me respectfully and energetically since the first day I met her. It is always a welcoming place whether it’s just to look around, waiting on repairs, or buying your next MINI. All in all, when you are shopping for a car, it is just a fun experience at this dealership. You are making a big investment, and it is nice knowing this staff has your back throughout the processes and even years after.

Wow! I had the best car buying experience here! I have always wanted a MINI and was so excited when this new dealership opened! I was super fortunate to have worked with Todd as my sales associate. He was extremely knowledgeable, funny and genuinely seemed to want me to have the best car I could possibly have. I ended up with a volcanic orange, 2016 MINI Cooper Hardtop and have never been happier. I would definitely recommend this dealership and especially Todd if you’re in the market for a car.

Ladies DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER! My sister and I purchased a Land Rover LR4 HSE LUX from this dealership on 1-​12-​2016. Before we drove the 2 ½ hours one way, we exchanged many emails asking about the LR4 and talked to the sales rep about the condition of it tires, accidents, carfax etc etc. We were told everything is great! Upon arrival at the dealership, I noticed the tires were almost bald and one tire has some pretty bad side wall damage. I asked the sales rep to talk to the general manager about this and his response was, «they passed NYS inspection». Also, there was front end damage to the bumper from what looked like a trailer hitch directly on the parking sensor. Again when I asked about it, the sale rep said, «that is where the last owner had their licenses plate». Knowing that we drove 2 ½ hours one way in a snow storm, the dealership would not do ANYTHING! I told the dealership I was going to have the car looked at because I had a feeling they were lying to me. On the way home from purchasing the car a loud noise started to come from the back when hitting the tiniest of bumps and the A pillar on the passengers side of the windshield almost came completely off TWICE. A State Trooper pulled over to help us put it back on the second time. Thank heavens! I have sense had the car looked at. It does not pass NYS safety inspection and the other things need to be fixed. We were told the car is unsafe to drive and not to drive it. I have contact the dealership and talked with the service manager many times. The service manager seems very nice, however under the direction of the General Manager he wants me to drive the car that is UNSAFE back down to Dutchess County to «look» at it. This is ridiculous! We could get in accident or cause an accident going down there. There is a Land Rover dealership by us who can fix all these things but Prestige Mini of Dutchess County refuses to do anything. Tomorrow I will be contacting the DMV about this dealership, presenting them with pictures Prestige had up on the internet talking about how safe the car was, the paper work we got from the dealership and the paper work that the NYS Inspector has provided.
