This place is always quick and gets the order right when I’ve been there. I’m not sure why others gave such negative reviews– I’ve never had bad service.

I wouldn’t even give this establishment one star. The service was terrible. I ordered two coffees and waited at the end of the counter. Four customers after me received their coffees before I complained because they completely forgot about mine. I came again, despite my bad experience. I ordered one hot and one iced coffee and I got two iced coffees. The employees don’t seem to be paying attention so the customers suffer.

I got in line and ordered coffee and some becs. Then it asked me for my debit card and PIN. WTF. So I gave it to them and I got out $ 20 but no coffee??? There weren’t even any real people there. I parked and went inside to complain, whereupon I realized the drive thru was a sham, just trying to make your pre-coffee banking smooth or something. So I finally got the food and drinks that I had ordered, paid with my crisp 20 and left. But then when I got the stuff back, there was no ketchup! Ridiculous. One star.

Ugh, coming to this location is truly a drudgery. First, it had the capacity during development to have a drive-thru, but does not. Unfortunately, getting to the building is a bit of a pain. When you go in from the main entrance, you awkwardly go past where people are waywardly waiting for their items(with no counter or dedicated wait space) and order. My experience 2 days ago was my worst by far at this location. I came up to the counter and said, «can I have a number 6?» And he stared at me blankly for a moment and then very slowly turned around, cocking his head up to see what a number 6 was. I chuckled a bit and said, «A veggie egg white flatbread?» Then I started telling him what I wanted to drink«medium coconut coffee with steamed. …» when he robotically asked me, «what to drink?» And I told him again when he cut me off… again…and said, «what size?» When I said, «it comes with a medium hot coffee, right?» Big mistake to ask… that horrifyingly slow turn and neck creak returned to see the menu above his head(he looked like he was watching a movie in the first row of the theater if you know what I mean), to say, a full 30 seconds later, «yeha». Once my order, as complicated as it was, was completed, I shuffled towards where the«pick up» area is in nearly all other DDs in this area. But here… it’s just an awkward counter space where the employees go in and out of the counter. So I didn’t know where to wait. A different young gentleman handed me my flatbread and said«Thank you!» As if that completed my order, but then he resumed talking to the female on duty about someone they found humorous. I asked, «my coffee?» And he paused, wrinkled his forehead in confusion, and said, «I have no idea… ask this guy». Maybe I’m picky, but I found that very unprofessional. It shouldn’t take 5 minutes, when no one else is there, to make a medium hot coffee with steamed milk(yup, that’s it). When I received my coffee 2 minutes later, I then got on my way, the medium coffee was half full. It was horrendously made too(not even coconut). All in all, this was one of the worst DD experiences I’ve ever had, and I won’t be back.
