History

Established in 1983.

Sea View Jeep was opened in 1983. Sea View is proud to be family owned and operated, giving the store a smaller, customer centered feel even though it is one of the largest Jeep dealers in the state. Sea View is proud to have seven 20+ year employees and a few 30+ year employees that «came with the building» back in 1983. Please feel free to stop by and see everything Sea View has to offer!

Will not stand by their warranty. They look for any excuse not to pay. Purchased a jeep here for my daughter. Found out recently there was a crack in the front differential. They noticed some new parts on the bumper from a previous accident. Recommended calling the insurance company. I had the insurance NJM come and take a look at the part at the jeep dealer so they both could figure out if it was an insurance claim or warranty claim. Insurance company had the original pictures showing a scrap on the front bumper and no other damage in 2013. Seaview is insisting it is from the accident. I now have to work with Chrysler or file a lawsuit to get this fix. I hope this rating they lose enough business. I had something similar happen to my Mercedes when I took it in for service. Mercedes found an issue with a front differential replaced it and only told me about when I picked up the car. Seaview you have a long way to go to be at the 5 star level. Maybe other dealerships are better. Try Lester Glenn.

Everyone hates going through all of the typical BS when going car shopping where you feel like you are being taken advantage of. That was about as far from my experience as possible. Chris M. was a great salesman and worked with me to make sure I got a great deal. He wasn’t pushy but made sure I knew all of my options. I didn’t get there until later in the day but he made sure to stay late and make sure all of my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed. If you ever go looking to buy a car here, you have to see Chris. He was great.

We had an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish at Seaview. My husband and I knew what Jeep we were looking for and they were able to find one on their lot and take care of getting it everything ready right over the phone. They met the price we were looking for so we were pleased. Anton and Rob were personable and friendly, making a typically stressful experience quote smooth. Will for sure be going back when our lease is up on our 2nd car next year.

It is sick !
Love it. I feel like I paid a fair price. And want to say that it was a very pleasant experience dealing with one particular sales person named Chris Mills if you’re looking for a jeep or any other car from this dealerships you should definitely call and ask for this guy. Chris mills. If he is not there, Wait for him ! He is very good and easy to deal with .and not a typical car salesman pushy type .
I will provide followup as it is only my second day with my new car and I haven’t had to deal with them with anything yet like oil changes and tune ups… But definitely go with this guy Chris Mills. My new jeep is great!

I was in the market for a new vehicle for several weeks. You have to do your homework on how much your used car is worth for trade in and how much the new car is with options you want to buy. Knowing those things makes the purchase of a new vehicle much easier and not too much negotiating. I went to Sea View around 10am in the morning, walked around and couldn’t find the entrance when a gentlemen opened a door that in thought was a window and said to come in. He asked me what I Was looking for, how i wanted to pay and if I was trading in. 2 hours later I was driving home in a new car, hassle free and with everything I wanted, with the best deal any where around (Beat Freehold by $ 4k, World Jeep by $ 2k and Pinebelt didnt even return my call). Very smooth transaction and I felt no pressure at anytime, which for a dealer. should be 6 stars, Ive never had this smooth of a transaction on a new car purchase.

Today (April 15, 2015) I went to AW Imported Auto Parts Inc @ 52 State Route 35, Eatontown, NJ and asked THEM to check my brakes. They did a full check and said my brakes were FINE and they needed NO SERVICE!!!
In other words, they CONFIRMED that Sea View Jeep is a RIP OFF. By the way, AW Auto charge me NOTHING to inspect my brakes… I just found an automobile mechanic I can trust.

Dealt with Anton and Darnell for a 2014 Cherokee. Total pleasure from getting set up with Darnell, to talking final numbers over with the finance guy Kevin. Got a great deal on the vehicle and would do business with them again. Low pressure, very polite worked with me to get the car I wanted at a price I wanted to pay.

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Horrible place! I needed a new or used car because my car had broken down and it was not worth the money to try and repair it so I tried to get a car here… BAD idea. Walter I believe his name was tried to take advantage of the fact that I was desperately in need of a car. Pretty much only giving me a one option for a new car with payments I could never afford. I left that place and got a car somewhere else with better payments and nice understanding people!

I contacted this dealership for service in July 2012 and the service manager asked for my contact information since the computer system was down. Needless to say, I’m still waiting. In order to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt, I contacted them again inquiring about purchasing a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I entered all the necessary information on the website and no call or follow up! This dealership is unhelpful and does not follow up with potential customers. I would recommend World Jeep in Shrewbury before stepping foot on this lot!

The absolute WORST dealership, from the sales department to the service management!
1st: After a manufacture warranty issues with my vehicle, the service manager refused to assist me with any further attempts to fix the same problem.
2nd: If you’re trying to purchase or lease your vehicle and you don’t have a clue… then this dealership is for you! They will OVER CHARGE you and be happy to take your hard earn money! Educate yourself before shopping and you’ll be amazed on what you are being charged for!!!
Seaview Jeep has the old car sales mentality of playing with numbers!!! Educate Yourself and then Shop Somewhere else!!!
