I am a small person and I had tons of luggages. The driver, his name is Brain, is sooooo nice. He helped me a lot. I feel saying thank you is not enough. I have been in the US for 3 years. This is the best service I ever had. Thanks!!!

What a great experience! I contacted them via Unilocal a couple days before I was scheduled to leave to visit Boston for the first time. Barbara was super friendly and helpful in giving me a rate and communicating what she needed for the booking. Their online booking via their website was really easy to use. When I landed the driver was already in contact with me. I expected a taxi, since that was what I reserved (or so I thought. I went with the cheapest option I would find. East coast cabs are NOT cheap!) but was pleasantly surprised with a very clean, smell-​free Cadillac. The driver was super courteous and the drive was pleasant. I would definitely use them again if we’re traveling out that way!

The owner is VERY hands on. She took care of a issue I had with one of her drivers at Logan Airport with one of her drivers. I’m amazed how fast it was.

The cab never showed up for my 3 am reservation. When I called they told me that I never made one. Of course I did. I called them just 9 hours ago. I have been traveling frequently in past few years and have used several local cab services but I never had this happen before. Almost missed my international flight. Not ok!

Great company ! Driver showed up early and was very nice. Helped load my bags and took me the quickest way home. My flight was even delayed an hour and he was totally fine with it. I will be using them again

We needed a ride to the Rte128 Amtrak Train Station and tried Smurfs on a recommendation from a friend. The booking was smooth and the ride was even better. Our driver showed up before the scheduled pick up time (that’s a good thing) and was so polite and helpful. We chatted with him the entire ride and arrived safe and on time!!! The vehicle was comfortable and clean and the cost was very reasonable. We will be using them again soon. I totally recommend Smurfs to anyone in need of a ride!

2.5 stars, really. I booked a cab in advance for an early morning flight. Driver on time and trip itself uneventful, but the price was really outrageous. All told I ended up paying $ 20 more than I’ve paid for the same trip through other taxi services. Also, machine to run card payments was down so the driver had to write down credit info — not exactly a secure system.

I used Smurfs for the first time in August. The driver arrived punctually at 4am for my early departure flight at Logan. On my return trip, my flight was on time and the driver was already waiting at the parking before I picked up my luggage. Both drivers were professional and friendly, and not overly chatty.
I booked a taxi but an SUV was available to pick me up, and I was charged the price of a taxi. Smurfs is very fair!
Online booking was simple. I received an email confirmation almost immediately. Whoever in charge is certainly efficient and always on top of things!
I would certainly use Smurfs again in my future trips!

Used Smurfs 6 or 7 times and always on time. The drivers have been professional and friendly.
I did read another review that talked about mini van which I’ve had pick me up before. Totally fine for personal use, especially if you need to install a car seat, but I wouldn’t use for business.
Competitive prices.

Affordable option if you are against using über or lyft for getting to/​from Logan. Vehicle and drivers are far far from swank but they are courteous.
Had a very early outbound flight and a very late return. Morning departure driver was punctual arriving at my Waltham location. Offered to stop for a coffee on the way.
Late night flight came in early to Logan and driver was about 10 – 15 mins late meeting me. Was tired and just wanted my ride to be there when I got to the pick up area, but I guess it wasn’t such a big deal. Sometimes it’s worth the hassle to support local businesses.
I also told my mom to use SMURFS when she flew in bc it would be cheaper than a cab. Driver was there when she arrived and got her to the house promptly.

I used Smurf once before and it was great so I used again.
This time, Despite giving the exact address and location the driver got lost. I had to drive to Logan and almost missed my plane. Not fun!

I used smurfs to get to Logan for an early flight (5:30a) pickup. Kevin the driver was about 10 min early and got us right in to the airport smooth sailing. He was very professional and friendly. Prices were cheaper than any other company I priced out. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Thank you

Smurfs Transportation was flawless for us last week. Online reservations were easy and I got an email confirmation from Barbara within 24 hours.
I was a little nervous about getting picked up from Logan Airport with the troubles I’ve had with Über getting through but it could not be easier unless the taxi pulled up right next to baggage claim!
I will be using them again in the future.

I have used Smurfs transportation now four times and I am very happy with the service I received each time. I decided to use this company based off of Unilocal reviews and also their prices for a SUV/​Town car to and from Logan. The prices are very reasonable and a lot cheaper than most other services around the area.
Each driver that I have had has arrived about 5 minutes early or has been right on time. This is very appreciated when catching a flight or trying to make an appointment.
The first time I used Smurfs Transportation I called by phone the day before. Booking was a breeze, I did request a cab but received a SUV instead. There was obviously some sort of miscommunication because I did ask for a cab and because a SUV was sent, my transportation rate was about 3x higher. I would just recommend that if you want a cab, make sure they repeat it back to you that they are sending a cab and not a towncar/​suv, etc. I had to be somewhere at a very specific time and couldn’t drive so I just went with it. My driver was super friendly and charming so I couldn’t be angry about it.
The second time I used the service, I did the request online and requested a Towncar service to and from the airport. Booking was easy, but I only received one confirmation for my «to» trip to Logan and nothing for my «return». One quick email solved the issue and I had a confirmation in about 10 minutes.
The website is great to get a ballpark idea of rates to and from Logan from your location. Make sure to add in about $ 10+ for tolls and fees. Also make sure to tip well, all of the drivers are great and friendly!

Would use again for personal transit – NOT business.
So, the good: Very friendly. Cars arrived on time. Low prices.
The not so good: I booked an SUV a week ahead of time, and was sent a minivan. We all fit, but I had two CEOs – my own and a client’s – to get to a very fancy dinner. Frankly, it was embarrassing. They did send an SUV to pick us up afterwards, but not the one I had been promised (a Denali instead of an Escalade…). The minivan was in worse shape than the SUV, but they were both a little run-​down and not the cleanest.
I also did not appreciate having to pay the drivers in the cars rather than through Smurfs (doing so in the car is tacky in front of clients, plus there were processing delays) as I have with literally every other car service I’ve ever used – it was not made clear to me that this is basically just a taxi service.
Unilocalers gave this place such awesome ratings I wanted to give them a shot, but I should have stuck with one of the known quantities for corporate transit. I would use these guys again to get myself and/​or some friends somewhere, but not when I have my company’s image to consider.
I’m glad I used my beloved Chill Out First Class Cab to have my client’s CEO picked up earlier the same day (they don’t have SUVs so couldn’t use them for the other trips with several people).

We’ve used them several times from Arlington to Logan. Their cars are in very good shape and don’t smell like smoke.
The gripe I’ve is even though the gas prices have come down under $ 2/​gallon, we still ended up paying $ 53 + tip to get to Arlington to Logan and vice versa. This is not acceptable. They need to reduce their fees as per gas prices.

My coworkers and I were visiting Waltham, MA for work and needed a taxi to get back to our hotel from a restaurant. I called Smurfs and had a great, hassle-​free experience. The taxi took about 10 minutes to arrive at our location and the driver was extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend Smurfs if you need a lift!

Excellent experience! We used Smurf Transportation for the first time earlier this month because I happened to see one of their vehicles near the airport and I liked the name. I looked up their reviews and after seeing how positive they were, we decided to give them a shot. Wow – we’re we impressed!
The driver who took us to the airport was right on time, pleasant and professional. He helped start our vacation on a very positive note! For our return trip him from the airport, our driver left me a voicemail about 10 minutes before we landed, told us where to meet him and was very courteous when we arrived at the car. He got us home in record time and helped us end our vacation on a good note.
I plan to use Smurf Transportation whenever I need transit to and from the airport. I also plan to recommend them to my company as a great option for our transportation needs, particularly for our VIPs.

We have had many poor cab experiences in the past when needing to get to the airport and I was nervous being in a new area and having an infants car seat and stroller to get in as well…
The owner was our driver and she was great… On time and very pleasant…
We didn’t utilize the extra service but they do offer car seats for free if needed… Which is a huge perk for those who don’t need to take them on he trip but end up taking them for the cab ride…
Pretty clean and decent cab (we were in a large SUV) and we can pay with credit which is great.
The owner did state that calling can sometimes not work great since she has a hard time finding good dispatchers, so she stated she recommends emailing.
The one issue would’ve been that she accidentally overcharged us, however she called about 10 minutes after she left us at the airport and apologized and stated she had overcharged us and was so sorry and what could she do… She offered to discount our next ride the difference, since I stated we would probably use them again… Sooo this is not really an issue because she realized the mistake and wanted to make it right.
We will use them again.
