ATR is awesome! Never late, drivers are excellent (especially Jay!) and vehicles are great. I’ve been using them for work and personal use for almost 7 months now and I’ve only had very positive experiences. Reliable, professional and flexible — everything you could ask for in a car service. Highly recommend!

First time booking a limo — in Boston, or ever — and I could not have made a better choice. John at ATR helped me set up exactly what I needed for my wife’s birthday party downtown in just a couple of minutes. Our driver, Jay, clearly has a reputation for being awesome for a reason. He arrived early, with our itinerary memorized. He was fun and funny, but altogether professional. We had the car for the entire night and Jay was always ready to get us the best pick-​up or drop-​off possible. In downtown Boston. After a snowstorm that week. Seriously. These guys are the best in the business. I’m never going anywhere else, and I’m going to make sure anyone I know uses ATR.

I recently used the car service for transportation from and to Logan Airport and I was so happy and pleased! I was coming in from Detroit to visit family in MA for Thanksgiving and was nervous to be using a company I had never tried before. Transportation was for myself and my teen daughter. I had nothing to worry about! As soon as I landed, I had a text message from my driver Bobby, greeting me and telling me where to find him. He was waiting for me as promised with a smile on his face and a very friendly demeanor. He was quite entertaining to talk to and I enjoyed the ride to my family’s house all the more because of his positive, friendly attitude! I was so pleased to have him again for my driver for my return trip to Logan, he made the whole experience so pleasant and stress free! Cost and payment was reasonable and easy to do, you can even include the tip in the charge so you don’t have to worry about having cash on hand. I will continue to recommend this service and use it myself every time I come home to Massachusetts!

For an event you want to work with a business that gets it right, is organized and responsive. ATR is all these things and more. We used them for our wedding, and from the beginning I knew it was going to be great. John, who I worked with to book my event was so easy to work with. He adjusted the hours when we thought a later end time might work better, he sent over information and invoices quickly, and he was just a nice guy. The drivers, Ken and Jay were also perfect. They took care of all my guests, were both professional and kind, and they even helped me get the dress into the church. I would not look anywhere else for a limo service!

Having never hired a limousine for a full evening event, and one that involved traveling a distance to a crowded venue, I was tentative at best as I researched service providers. I went with ATR on the strength of the reviews on Unilocal,and it was a great choice. Not only were they totally buttoned up, they set expectations very professionally, then met or exceeded them at every turn.
The driver was a total pro (can’t believe I forgot his name already). Arrived 30 minutes early, car was spotless and looked brand new (10 passenger stretch), and he was very accommodating and helpful (we had an passenger on crutches with us). I rode along with the him in the front, and the noise coming from the back was deafening at times (6 teenage girls), but he just smiled and went about his business while we conversed.
The operations folks were pleasant and professional. They set the appointment quickly when I first called, confirmed with a call the day before, and when I changed plans on them at the last minute, they never blinked an eye and totally delivered.
While I only priced a couple of other competitors, and they were at or just below the ones I looked at, I can say that the value delivered for the price paid exceeded expectations.

I used ATR Limousine for our wedding transportation, and my experience working with John Sheehan and his team was simply outstanding.
I have to admit, I was quite nervous about the transportation from the get-​go, as we had a lot of different moving parts. Read: 3 shuttle-​buses for guests, 2 fourteen person limos, 2 eight person limos, and 3 sedans — picking up at 4 different hotels in downtown Boston.
I cannot say enough kind words first about John Sheehan, the Operations Manager at ATR Limo. As our wedding date drew closer, I had a few conversations with John to hammer down the specifics of the day. He was always a phone call away, even speaking with me late in the evening the night before our rehearsal dinner to run through our entire plan and make sure everything was set.
I also cannot say enough positive words about the drivers at ATR Limo. Every driver that I came into contact with was highly professional, friendly, and helpful, and most importantly to me, exactly on time. This was extremely important to me because we were on a tight time schedule, in small tricky streets for large vehicles in downtown Boston, so I was worried about delays. However, I absolutely should not have worried about this, I later realized.
Finally, I was very impressed with the cars themselves. The vehicles all seemed virtually brand new, which I was not expecting.
I would have to say ATR Limo went above and beyond for our wedding day. We had originally booked 32-​person shuttles for our guests, but were upgraded to 40-​person shuttles for no extra charge. Additionally, ATR Limo gifted us a Lexus bride & groom sedan at the end of the evening to take us to our honeymoon suite, which was very much appreciated.
I have nothing but rave reviews for ATR Limo, and am so grateful that they absolutely nailed our complicated transportation plan!

A car service — limo company that actually answers the phone! Their whole team, John the dispatcher to our driver, we had Bobby twice, were professional, flexible when I changed p/​up times twice and most of all courteous. I recommend ATR to anyone looking for a car service in the Boston, MA. area. We also got an interesting, historical and modern day dialogue both ways from Logan with our driver. Having never flown in to Logan, I was comfortable that we were in good hands. Thank you guys. Thank you ATR.

I got an online quote, then after a few weeks, I called back to make a reservations for my May vacation. Which was very easy, since I had a reference number. It was done within minutes.
When our (my wife and I) plane landed, naturally I turned on my phone and I noticed that I didn’t have any messages. At 1^st, I was a little leery. Our flight had tail wind, so we landed about 30 minutes early. The limo driver called within minutes, before we stepped out of the terminal, instructing me where the limo pickup area would be. He greeted us and as I was about to shake his hand, he went straight to my wife to offer assistance on her luggage. Which was fine. I’m from Hawaii. I’m all about the aloha spirit, so I wasn’t sure if it was a Boston custom not to shake hands or if it’s wasn’t in his nature to do so. Either way, I was ok with it. The drive to the hotel was nice. Only took 30 minutes. I just wish the driver was a little more personable, a little more open. He didn’t talk much.
On our last day, I checked out 15 minutes before my limo pickup time. On my way out, I could see the car out front from the registration desk. Great timing! The 2^nd driver was more cordial. This guy greeted us and shook my hand (LOL). He was very entertaining, made us laugh, and he made the private shuttle ride, worth every penny. I just wish the 1^st guy was as good as the 2^nd one…
If it wasn’t for the 2^nd driver, I would of given ATR Limo only 3 stars.
Also, I was expecting a newer model car. It was a Cadillac, it was nice, it was comfortable, it was clean… I was just expecting a little more…
So would I recommend ATR Limousine? Yes. As long as you can afford it and if you don’t know your way around town. It was our 1^st trip to Boston and I wanted it to be as memorable as possible. Although, the next time I’m in town, I’ll go cheap and take the «T». I’m an MBTA expert now! LOL!

There is no one answering the phones (at least the 3 times I called – all on different days– it went right to voicemail) which is very frustrating when you need to see where the car is or make a small reservation change.
In addition, the driver was in traffic (welcome to New England) and he was cursing and getting very upset. Unnecessary and scary when you’re in the backseat and have no control!

Overall very helpful, patient, prompt. Car was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.
My wife had surgery, and the day after leaving the hospital she needed to be transported 30 miles for a post surgery check-​in with the doctor after which we needed to get back to cambridge. I am a native New Yorker and don’t have a driver’s license (honest, a lot of people from NY don’t), my wife was not in shape for mass transit, so we needed a car and driver, and it needed to be a low stress ride.
Everything went very smoothly, ATR (John was the driver) was incredibly helpful and pleasant.

I booked online for a car service to take myself and my 2 daughters to the airport on Christmas day and pick us up for our return on ½. The driver was early, helped with our bags and was very friendly. He assured us that he would be there promptly on our return to pick us up. As it turned out, there was a major storm and our flight was delayed by 2 days and then we arrived over an hour late. It was a different driver, but he was just as courteous and made sure we were warm enough.
I highly recommend this company. The cars were clean and the staff was very prompt about getting back to me whether by email, phone or text.
The prices were extremely comptetive, but when taking into consideration the cost of having peace of mind and not having to fight for a taxi when returning, made all the difference in not being stressed after a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

We needed a limo for a wedding party and John did an amazing job tracking one down for us to rent through him even though his were all booked up. One of the rare people in the business who calls back when he says he will and does what he says he will. Even when we had a last minute change in plans he was able to accommodate us with as little drama as can be expected. Wedding planning can be frickin’ nuts (same goes for a fiancé days before the wedding), but here’s finally one vendor who won’t stress you out.

I was looking for a limo for a bachelorette party and he was already booked up since it was so last minute. John was kind enough to find another company for me! This is great and exceptional service! He was concerned about the customer and not about losing a sale! We need more people like this in our world!

We used ATR to take us from our hotel to our office each day, while in Boston on business. Our driver, Bobby, was an upstanding driver who was very accommodating and had a great rapport with us. He always arrived early to pick us up, and his easy-​going demeanor kept us relaxed and stress-​free about our transportation needs.
I’d recommend ATR – especially Bobby – to everyone!

Granted I was too tipsy to remember all the sloppy details here but I remember a huge long limo piloted by a gentleman with great music and bar recommendations. He also didn’t mind taking 20 pictures of bachelorettes. No sunroof but im thinking based on all the shenanegans that was a good thing! The limo tint was definitely tested and I do hope it held up;)
No cheap but helps make for a carefree night out!

I used ATR Limousine last year for my 21^st birthday, we took the Navigator stretch into Boston. At first I was hesitant going out with so many of my crazy friends ! But John was amazing! He took us where we wanted to go, plus offered suggestions of great places. The night ran so smoothly, I had not a worry in the world. Truly a night to remember. And to top it off, we were in a beautiful car. Nothing better than that!
I also ran into a bind last minute trying to arrange airport pick ups for my vacation to the Bahamas and in a days notice they were able to arrange getting me at 4am! I was so thankful!
I would recommend and will recommend this company to anyone! Thank you so very much for making my birthday a night to remember! You guys are awesome!

Extremely disappointed (was originally livid).
I booked a sedan for my sister’s birthday a while ago. I called 2 hours in advance to make sure that the Sedan was coming at a specific time (which they confirmed). At the appropriate time, we went outside so our mother could take a picture of us all dolled up for her birthday with the nice car service — and a CARGO VAN pulls up. «Car trouble» was the excuse. Unacceptable.
It would have been better to have taken a cab! (Half the price and at least we wouldn’t have been so disappointed on such a special occasion.)
Save yourself some $$, take a cab instead.

We used ATR limo for our wedding on 8÷14÷10. I wanted a limo and a bus to shuttle our guest’s…and to make life easier I want to book it through the same place. I found ATR Limo on a recommendation from another limo company that didn’t have any buses. I figured if a competitor was recommending them I couldn’t pass it up!
This other limo company told me that this was a great outfit and even recommended a limo driver to request because of his extreme professionalism and courtesy (Jim). I called and got prices — and they beat all of my quotes that I already had (and being a very price conscience bride — I did a lot of price shopping!)
I was so impressed with every step of the process. John was so easy to deal with, I had no anxiety on my wedding day about having to pay gratuities as everything was included, and their service was amazing. My best friends mother was dying of cancer and we knew it wouldn’t be long. I want to try to see her on my wedding day. When I called and told John about this — he told me not to worry — the limo would be there early if I wanted to go before or would take after… no charge!!! What companies these days take that extra care for someone! I was so grateful that I chose this company.
We are now heading out on a delayed honeymoon and again after calling a few limo companies in my area I figured I’d call John to get a price (even though they aren’t very close to where I live). Again, his price beats all and I know I can count on them to be there for our 4am pick up!
I would very much recommend this company and their drivers for their superior service, price and most importantly peace of mind on your big day or any time you need to really rely on someone!
