I made an appointment and brought my car in due to an oil leak as well as check engine light. After leaving my car for a day, I came back and Frank showed me where it was coming from. It wasn’t where I expected and actually was leaking from multiple locations. He suggested doing it in steps; fixing the obvious ones first, clean it, drive it, and see if there are more leaks. Step one was going to cost about $ 1100, and step two (if needed) would be another $ 800. I thought it was reasonable given the amount of work (I used to work in the industry many years ago). I also had an separate HVAC issue that involves taking the whole dash apart that I knew I needed to take care of before the next winter and would cost another $ 700+. Given the amount of work needed, and maybe more within a year, I decided to trade the car in and start with a clean slate. Frank was honest, reasonable, and easy to work with. I will bring my new car there for service and out of warranty repairs in the future.
PS: the shop is behind another shop and is not one of those that paper you with with a waiting room and amenities. This doesn’t bother me as Frank more than makes up for it with his personality and expertise.

Frank was amazingly patient and knowledgable with me and my mom today. Cleaned out three dead mice and a bunch of nesting in my 2010 Nissan without asking for anything instead he then went ahead and gave me a real oil change and reset the engine light. Engine light off and car already drives better. — he didn’t take my wallet for a ride and actually knows what he is talking about. Will be trusting him again with my car when I need anything else while living in the area.

I can’t say enough good things about rayteam. Frank and his team are true professionals and show the true definition of customer loyalty and service. I only wish I would have found this garage before now! I have a 08 Audi A6, and wanted to have a few things checked before winter regarding the engine. Frank got me in and out quickly and was honest about what my car needed. I can’t emphasize how nice it is to have a shop keep to a schedule, I know things can creep up that are unexpected but it’s great to have a shop understand and respect the customers schedule and value their customers time as much as their own! :):) He didn’t try and sell me his services just to take my money. He gave me his honest and professional opinion on the vehicle with what the results were from the computer. I’ll be taking the car back for a 1,000 mile check and will most likely be having the timing chain redone on this engine in the spring. He’s gotten an other loyal customer as long as I live in the Boston area. Thanks again Frank and I’ll see you in 1K.

Doesn’t get better than this!!! FINALLY FRANK .best honest competent mechanic .
I have a E MB only few years old the battery kept dying. Frank replaced battery with a higher grade no more issues and explained in detail the reason he feels MB should have higher quality batteries. Also he found all the issues that MB couldnt find even though I still had warranty. Frank told me what to tell them and for them to call him when they fixed the issues. He was right was fixed. Honest Integrity and great staff.

Today I went to frank for a oil change, because I didn’t make appointment (my fault), so that’s no lift left for me, but Frank did whatever he can to help me out, add some coolant and fill oil for me and free of charge!!! What a nice guy!!! Not because he charge me nothing, is because he really thinking for you! I never satisfied my mechanics before, because they alway want to sell me something I don’t need, but after I met frank, he totally change my mind of mechanic, I will always recommend all my friends go to Frank, he is the best!
FYI
He called his friend to help pass the inspection during a raining day when others were all closed last time! Thanks again Frank!

Frank and his team of mechanics have been the best thing to happen to me since I moved to Boston!
I bought an old Land Rover and spent a lot of time in the shop dealing with Frank and Said. Both men knew a lot about the car and would go the extra mile when the car left me stranded. When it was time to sell, Frank helped me understand the worth of the car and also helped me find a car that would be the best for me and my family.
They are so nice. They always are there. They are quick. They are honest. They are more than fair. I never feel like they take advantage of me as a person who knows nothing about cars. I trust them and honestly never worry about their work or the price! Such a rare thing to say about a mechanic.

He is a German car specialist. I had my car brought there for transmission oil change and brakes change. The price is fair and no need to worry about their skills.

These guys are the real deal, they are very friendly, accommodating and professional. I took my audi a6 there for an oil change without an appointment, but they had no lifts available, and they were busy. I explained that I was going on a long trip and my oil change was overdue, so Frank the owner asked me if I could wait an extra 20min they would help me out and get the oil changed. They managed to free a lift that was outside in the parking space, for me. Their price was much better than the dealer by a mile and they only use audi genuine parts like dealers. Thank you Frank, you are great businessman and leader. A german car shop owned by an actually german, you can’t go wrong.

I’m really comfortable with the service in rayteam automotive, Im driving a BMW X6, I changed my tires and brake pad here. It performed really well. The service is efficient It’s a really a good place u can trust. money is not always the issue here, when my brake light was malfunctional, franc changed for me for free

I went to Frank to fix my car and from the very first time I met him, he had a great personality. He fixed exactly what I needed. The service was fast. I would definitely recommend him for any Audi, BMW or Mercedes drivers.

I serviced my old car here (’05 w203 c230 compressor) and couldn’t be happier with the service and cost. The car had loads of cosmetic aftermarket mods and besides Eastside Motors this is one of the few auto enthusiast friendly shops in the area. I live further away now (Medford) but would still make the trip

If you own an audi, VW, BMW or a Mercedes, this is the only place you need to go to get anything and everything you need for your car. I have been going to their shop for about 3 years now and their prices are the lowest and the service is amazing. I have even contacted Frankie after hours to make sure I could bring my car in the morning for quick check up. (Which most times they don’t charge anything for). Highly recommend these guys.

Honest and straightforward instead of doing needless diagnostics didn’t charge me a dime and recommended i sell my car to a scrapyard. He didn’t even charge me a storage fee and was polite and knowledgeable. If you have anything European and are tired of getting taken for a ride this is where you need to bring your car.

I am so happy with my service when I brought my car in. I brought my car in base on my cousin who know Frank the owner and he fixed up my car and even lend me a car loaner while I dropped off my car the 1^st time. He is very accommodating when I drop off my car off before the stop open. I highly recommend any Mercedes owners to use this mechanics for any auto services.

Frank is hands down the most competent and honest mechanic I have ever met. He takes time to not only try to listen to your needs but goes above and beyond what is expected and considered «normal».
