In store service was AWESOME! Unfortunately due to their online and Airsoft GI messing up my order 3 different times and the worst experience for me was when I ordered online in order to get some free stuff with the tokens you earn, I decided to use my tokens for a battery charger, since my old valken one broke. I was expecting shipment on Wednesday and I was going to SC village on Friday/​Saturday w/​friends. My shipment came with an 8 $ coupon instead of the charger and I was thinking… WTF! Where is my charger? I called they explained that when I ordered it @ 11:59 I was one minute late due to the fact they updated the site removing the charger… but how is this my fault??? I ordered the charger and should have received it since that was the only reason why I ordered with GI and online! The best part is that charger is 15 – 25 $ and I got an 8 $ coupon for compensation. Their customer service and online sucks! The claim they test the guns or «shoot them» before they ship them to you, but that’s s lie! My Krytac came with a defective non feeding mag! And My AGM Aeg M4 came with a broken stock. I will definitely be taking my business and $$$ elsewhere! I’m sure this company/​Airsoft store is a hit or miss for majority of people, but beware, read between the lines!

I drove out to buy an airsoft gun in store. A two hour drive and LA traffic on the way, but they have to ship it from another site. Then the wait just so they can tell me, «we don’t have it. We hag to ship it from another site». Seriously, ship from another site??? As in «not in stock»???
Please specify that you don’t really have some products in stock to save others time, headache, and gas money. I’ve decided to take my money elsewhere, like Evike. That was not cool at all.

Dropped off my AEG rifle for repair and upgrade service. The promised turn around date was 4÷11÷16 and I received an email today stating it was completed. I went to pick it up at the store and Francisco helped me out. I got all the old parts back and test fired the gun and it was way better than what I could expect it to be. The repairs and upgrades was awesome! These guys know what they are doing. Delivered on time and professionally serviced.

This place freakin rules ! Cool staff and store all around.

Awesome customer service and a wide variety of guns and gears. This place has sales reps that actually take their time to explain every gun you’re interested in and work with your budget. Unlike other Airsoft stores, they don’t make you feel stupid for asking a bunch of questions and don’t rush you so they can make their sale have have you out of there.

i have been a client of Airsoft GI for about 6 years. their staff knows the products really well. i have purchased about 50 guns from them already and they have everything to fit your budget, which is important because a lot of airsoft store only stock up on certain brand or focus on selling the cheaper stuffs because it fit their client. GI have something for the kids and yet crazy stuffs for the adults. brand selection is amazing and important when you want to go to the store like this.
GI is like a big candy store and they always have the newest stuffs to look and play with. i always go there and ended up spending rest of my days there chatting and social with all the staffs there.
The lines are always long there during weekend so the best time visit is during weekdays. If you love airsoft then this is must visit place at least once in your life just to see all the cool display they have there.

I used to like this place. It was my go to Airsoft spot. Now the gear you want when you go there even when their website says in stock is not there. It’s at their «warehouse». Even their LEO/​MIL discount is garbage, everything is already «marked down» so the discount can’t be applied. Wtf kind of crap is that? I am sure some other small Airsoft store will appreciate my business. I guess once you open 2 other stores you forget your roots. I loved this place, but clearly they want to be the Walmart of Airsoft.

This place is the best!!! Staff knows there stuff about every product in store as well as online. Went I’m yesterday to buy a new GBB pistol and the tech guys there broke everything down for me so that I understood fully what I was buying. AND they let me test fire in their firing range in the back before I made my final purchase which solidified my buy. The store is organized very well, there’s no way you CANT find what you are looking for. This is by far the best place around. Evoke may be bigger but GI has bigger balls and more knowledge.

Pretty chill place with a great assortment of guns, parts, and accessories. Came here to pick up a couple things. Prices are competitive and inventory is pretty good. Didn’t get a chance to meet Bob or Daniel, but you’ll meet some great people there.
The staff knows their stuff when it comes to their products.
Keep in mind that the warehouse and store are separate, so it they don’t have it at the store they can find some way to get it for you.
Customer support, selection, and pricing are great value, so I’ll definitely be back here to get some more airsoft supply

Recently purchased about 100 bucks worth of stuff from here, and gotta say. The service is decent, and they have a vast selection. If you want a place that has decent prices, decent service, and a large selection. You have come to the right place.
My only gripe with this place, is the location is so out of the way for me. I wish they would open up a closer location. It would be my one and only shop for everything airsoft.

Pretty good place, staff really know there stuff and give you good advice about the airsoft guns. Would’ve been better if they open on Sundays too.

I am new to the airsoft world, partly to be blamed is the Call of Duty franchise, partly the increasingly tight gun control here in Cali. I wandered into the store and found their huge inventory and competitive pricing on airsoft equipment. Come on Thursdays and they have price reductions on lots of items. They also run promos on their website that run for a limited time. I was helped by Vince and he, together with the staff, know their airsoft. I do my research prior to coming in and most of their items are competitive to the giant internet store that I willingly give my money everytime. They also have affiliation with some of the airsoft fields, spend $ 100 and you get a free entrance to some.
They are located in a business district so parking is a little limited (street parking). It’s not bad but sometimes you have to park far when the Thursday crowd. They can be busy at times, make sure to log in their computer to wait in line. They have couches in the store for the SO to sit while you run around the candy store.
Selection, pricing, and customer support, these guys got it. I’ll be here every week to check out what’s new and talk airsoft. Absolutely highly recommended.

If you are looking for a relaxed and friendly place to shop for airsoft gear, guns and supplies Airsoft Gi is the place to go. The staff will be very knowledgeable, kind and patient. If you are able Vincent is the one you want to go to, he is patient and always making it a fun and enjoyable experience each week we come. Every time I go in with my boyfriend we are getting something due to always having a great staff keep up with projects we may be working on.
I would also would like to mention that we have gone to many airsoft stores but continue to shop here for the personal service and valuable information.

I’ve been shopping here for several years now and very rarely am I dissatisfied by their service. It is apparent that their manager takes his job very seriously because all of the employees are great! They are all knowledgable and take care of business in a very professional manner. Furthermore, while their selection may not be as great as their local competitor Evike, the products that they do carry are of great quality. They won’t sell you a product just to make a profit. Also previous reviews complain about how certain products are stocked at the warehouse and not in store. On the days I come, usually weekdays, they can send someone to pick up the items in less than 30 minutes.
Overall Airsoft GI is a business that cares about it’s customers and if you nearby I would definitely recommend that you stop by!

When you come here, sign in your name onto their computer so that you can be in «line» for someone to help you. Most of the workers here are pretty knowledgeable about their stuff. They’re pretty friendly so don’t be afraid to ask questions (especially if you’re new to airsoft).
This place has lots of deals!

4. You can try out the specific gun you want in their «try-​out zone.» Protective glasses are provided for the area.

Lets face it: there are only two real competitors when it comes to airsoft retailers in So Cal (and arguably the entire West coast). Evike is great, but Airsoft GI is better.
Size/​selection: Airsoft is a relatively new concept, that has garnered attention more or less in the past decade. As the industry grows, so do the stores. In the past 10 years, I’ve seen both Airsoft GI and Evike change locations, get a larger store and warehouse, and change their policies. Currently both of the So Cal locations have similar offerings when it comes to size and selection. There are a few differences, though. Airsoft GI will not sell items they do not believe in/​or if the producer no longer wants on the market. If Evike has left over inventory, they will try to get a profit, even if the industry gets mad at them for it. Airsoft GI also has better custom jobs.
Custom jobs: Custom jobs are guns specially customized by technicians. This may be for improved performance, or for more of a fun factor. Airsoft GI hires more knowledgeable staff than Evike. Evike has admitted to me that they don’t know a lot of basics, or they need to ask others. If you have money for a unique, specialized weapon, but you are worried about messing up your own gun via DIY disaster, than Airsoft GI is the better choice.
Knowledge: I’ve been to Evike many times, because it is closer to my house, and they have great sales. However, all but 1 of the times I’ve gotten help from someone who has no idea what is going on, knows little to nothing about airsoft, and does not really care to learn. When I go to Airsoft GI, all the store front and phones people have a good base knowledge of what is going on. They help solve issues, even if it may not lead to a sale. If you have an issue with your gun, they will give you advice on how you may problem solve, regardless if they are making a sale that day. That is pretty sweet. There was only one guy at Evike who ever gave my party or I as much attention and knowledge.
Service: Now, it’s one thing to not be able to help a customer well because of lack of knowledge. It is worse if someone is not able to help because they do not care. When I go to Evike, there is almost always a line and a wait. The wait is usually around an hour in the evenings. Sometimes they send customers home without seeing them. Airsoft GI will stay after hours to make sure customers are served. At Evike, one worker decided to have a side conversation with another customer about a recent airsoft match, rather than helping our party. He straight out ignored us for 20 mins, even though we waited 40 mins to talk to him. He has «helped» us more than once. There are other workers who are attentive but literally do not know a single thing about the hobby. Airsoft GI may take a while at times, but at least I know they will eventually give me quality attention.
Price: Evike and Airsoft GI are competitive in pricing. They always have sales and promotions which rival each other. Currently Airsoft GI has a 20% off coupon, and a promotion system for free gifts with certain purchases. If price was the big issue, I would shop around on both websites before deciding.
Also, I was reading some of the other reviews, and one caught my eye. It said there are more items on the website than in stock in the walk in store. Aren’t all stores like that? Even huge companies, like Walmart or Target, often have hundreds of items on their website which are not at all or some of their store locations.

The only thing I did at their «Walk-​In» store was walk out with nothing except some over priced bb’s.
I asked for a grip/​bipod that I saw advertised as in-​stock. They said «the $ 60 G&G one?» I said «No, the $ 20 Proud One. They said «Uh, we have those? Well by golly looky here… it is here on the website… uh but we don’t have those here… even though it says in-​stock.»
You can’t call them… their phone goes to voice mail and there’s no phone in sight at the store.
It was listed for less at Evike, but since GI was closer to where I live I’d try them first.
Big mistake. I’ve bought a few guns from GI over the last two years, but there service have taken a huge dive. Most of the guys in there don’t even play, hence why you have to wait forever while they try and look up items and figure out what you’re asking for.
I haven’t met anyone at Evike that doesn’t have a least a little game time.
Save your sanity and only order online… Their 20% walk-​in discounts are just a bait and switch… they never carry any of the lower cost items, then try and sell you over price crap.
I’m throwing my GI Rewards card in the trash.

When Airsoft GI first opened their doors, I threw my money at them and made sure no one else got my business. I didn’t care if their products costed slightly more, I just wanted them alive. But as time passed, they seem to have gotten out of the loop. Their website is full of items that are never going to be restocked (And they still display these items in their show cases).
The last three times I visited I left empty handed. They told me that they have to have the item shipped from their warehouse. It was very inconvenient. What’s even more inconvenient is the parking situation. There’s so many red curbs and curbs with a fire hydrant… It’s almost like finding parking on Black Friday every time I come.
The workers are respectful at least. They’re very accepting and professional, no matter how weird I am or how annoying I act towards them. The only complaint I have is they make a big fuss about not wanting to let you see guns on the wall if you don’t plan on buying… How am I supposed to know I’d like it if I don’t even know how it feels in my hands?
I also think they should upgrade their check out and have a queue for people who need to ask questions/​are unsure of what they want, and a queue for people who know exactly what they need without seeking any help. I was stuck there watching kids play call of duty for an hour just because I really needed BBs, but the 3 people in front of me were completely lost on what kind of gun they wanted.
Airsoft GI is the closest business of its kind near me… but I think it’s worth the extra 20 minute drive to go to their competitor.
Sorry Airsoft GI, but our time is done. I’ll miss dealing with you guys.

I basically just come here because it is about 15 minutes away from my house. Other than that I go to the other super store which actually has more items in stock.
Only gripe I have with AirsoftGI is that they don’t have in-​stock what it says on their website. If you have it on your website, then it should be in your store but everytime I go to their walk-​in store, I leave empty handed because they tell me that they have two sites up and running. One for the public and one for their sales people. What is on the public site doesn’t necessarily mean it is in their walk-​in store.
NOW, tell me if I’m wrong. I may not be a business owner and I don’t have a business degree but people, get a clue. People go to the store to buy something and if you don’t have it, they will go somewhere else. I know they say that it is in their warehouse and they can either ship it for free or have it the next day and you can come back and pick it up. But if anyone is like me, when I want to buy something, that usually means I want it now.
NOTE TO THE OWNER: Can you imagine how much revenue you can make in one day if every customer who walks in to your store actually buys something. LET’S NOT EVEN START ON THEIR PRICES! I think, the only explanation I can get from their high prices is to make up for the lost sales they would have gotten if they have all their stock in their store instead of a warehouse that’s hours away.
COME AIRSOFT GI, LET’S GIVE THE OTHER STORE A RUN FOR THEIR MONEY!!!
