Very Friendly and down to earth. They have a small showcase in the pro shop in Oak Tree Lanes and do all the work in their home. A true «Mom and Pop» business. You don’t get that anymore. Quality over mass produced awards.

Terrible customer service. I placed an order for a plaque on Monday. I was told it would be ready by Friday, just four days later. So I figure no problem.
Well Friday comes around and I go in about 30 minutes after they open. He tells me he is still working on the plaque and it would be about another 30 minutes before it’s done! WTF was he doing on Tues, Wed, and Thrs??? He couldn’t finish the plaque those three days???
The plaque should be ready by opening on Friday. Just terrible!!!
Do not go here!!!
