I’m not sure if the other reviewers have had different doctors, but I’ve had a great experience here since I became a patient a year ago. I’ve never had any problems
With coding/​staff. There is usually a doctor to see me at a moment’s notice (even when I waited too long and my cold turned into a severe sinus infection). And the office is impeccable, which is sadly not always the case. (When did it become cool for doctors to have dogs in the office, for example?) Dr. Y and Dr. Wong are great.

The doctor was great but the staff not good at all. They make you pay for a meet and greet visit when you are new, and then they code it as «counseling» to your insurance company. Long story short, I only needed a physical and blood lab, all preventative and covered by insurance. However, they coded everything wrong and I got charged full blow for everything. It’s been two weeks now, phone calls, on hold forever and this office still hasn’t called me back. The manager/​billing person Victoria is too busy or never there. I will have to take a day off and go there in person and stay there until they fix their own error. Lousy customer service. I’m going back to Kaiser Permanente.

DO NOT GO HERE. The doctors may be knowledgeable but the service and administration of the office is a mess. They are extremely difficult to get hold of. You could end up on hold for more than 10 minutes! If you get medical results from them over the phone, and have any follow-​up questions, it will take 2 to 3 days before a doctor will call you back. Need a physical? Better schedule it months in advance. Although their staff may mean well, they have consistently failed me and not provided the medical attention I’ve needed or wanted.
