Wow, Ben and his guys did a great job! It looks almost new again and performs like it was new. Fixed my igniter too. Very happy with how it turned out.

I called Ben, who, BTW, does our holiday lights to perfection, because the infrared burner on my Viking rotisserie was malfunctioning. He made a prompt appointment, analyzed the problem, consulted with Viking reps about a fix, ordered the required part (the thermocouple), and installed the new thermocouple today. Problem solved. The work was done in a timely and proficient manner at what I consider a fair price. I highly recommend the Barbecue Cleaning Pros for repair work as well as general cleaning.

I called Ben to help with a problem. First he walked me through something. Saying «if it works I don’t have to charge you». When it didn’t and that meant the bbq needed a new part he was out on a Sunday and fixed the problem. We bbq’d today and it went great

I wasn’t going to actually admit how bad our barbecue grill was; but after reading the other reviews i decided to say it loud and ‘proud’… our barbecue was an unholy mess. I fully realize that my sad attempts at ‘scrubbing’ the cover, sides, & my husband’s time trusted method of burning off last night’s bbq mess with aluminum foil… just wasn’t cutting it any longer. Thank YOU to Ben & his posse of Barbecue Cleaning Pros! My goodness! What a difference a few hours made to the look AND function of my 6 year old — heavily used — bbq. I need to book this guy for annual clean-​ups.
Every single piece of my bbq was taken apart & thoroughly de-​greased, unplugged & resurrected to the excellent specimen it used to be.
Ben even pointed out just why the automatic ‘starter’ wasn’t functioning… & called back a couple of days later to say he had located the exact model number if i wanted to replace it! Remember that scene in Dumb and Dumber where Lloyd is getting a pedicure and the pedicurist needs to bring out the heavy duty grinder to deal with his disgusting, overgrown toenails? Well, that was pretty much the scene at the house this morning when The Barbecue Cleaning Pros came by to perform their miracle work. The two person team made quick work of breaking down my never-​cleaned, ten year old Weber Summit grill and set to work vacuuming, cleaning, grinding and polishing. Like the other reviewers, my grill had years of caked on soot and grease — but after their swift and thorough cleaning, the grill looks as good as new. They even cleaned off the dust from the propane tank!
These guys are true pros and do incredible work. Total cost was under $ 250, which is well worth the price considering the cost of a new grill. I now have a shiny and spotless grill ready for summertime outdoor cooking.

Until Ben came to clean our grill, we really had no idea how nice a grill we actually had! After moving into our home, I cleaned the grill myself, but found that only one corner of it actually got hot enough to properly cook things. Needless to say, I found grilling wasn’t all it was cracked up to be. Fortunately, I found Ben’s ad in a local flyer and decided to give it a shot. Built-​in grills can be pricey, so I thought it was worth at least trying to have it cleaned to see if it could work better. Turned out to be a great decision and far exceeded my expectations! Ben and his team were total professionals. They arrived on time, disassembled the grill, cleaned it meticulously, and reassembled it. Ben was even able to unplug the burner holes so that it now lights up like it should! Worth every penny. Every time we now enjoy a home-​grilled burger, we can thank Ben.

My grill was a mess! Ben made a special trip to Los Altos and I couldn’t be happier! He is a professional, calls to confirm your appointment, quotes you what the job will cost and arrives on time. Highest rating! After 8 years of grilling my Weber gas bbq was a mess. The inside was covered with grease splatters and the ceramic grills were getting harder to clean after each use. Thankfully Ben was able to find a convenient slot for me in his packed schedule and the crew arrived on time. They took apart the bbq (as described on their website) and thoroughly scrubbed everything until it looked like new. They also fixed the middle burner which had become clogged with soot. The whole process took 3+ hours. It was nice to be quoted a fixed rate. Only wish I had called these guys sooner!
