80’s Experience! :/ That is not a place to go and have a hair cut. I went there, explained that I wanted a short style, I left the place with a 80’s hair style, I would be super hot, if we were in the 80’s… When I said that it was different that what I said, the«professional» answered: «- Many people like it! «Well, taking in consideration that we are in 2010 — I didn’t like it at all!

I contacted headquarters, and I was given a free haircut coupon, and I actually went back. A newish girl tried to cut my hair, and she had to keep asking questions about how to cut it to the manager. The manager actually ended up taking over and finishing the cut. The haircut was actually good once the manager took over. A 2nd time I went back, and that new girl was there again, and I figured she knew what she was doing since the manager trained her last time. WRONG! She stopped my haircut midway through, and asked if I was busy tomorrow. She told me to come back when the manager who did a good job last time would be there, and she could finish it. Thankfully when I did come back, Linda, the manager, finished the cut and did a good job. I will never go here unless Linda, the manager, can cut my hair. She is GREAT! She knows a lot of new techniques and even told me the technique she was using on my hair, she had learned recently at a conference. Linda should move on from this crappy Supercuts and open her own salon. This place remains a 1, but Linda’s haircuts are a 5. She is very attentive, listens to what you want, and knows how to cut hair.

My husband and I have just moved back to this area and he needed a haircut before starting a new job out here. He didn’t have a whole lot of time and his haircut doesn’t require massive amounts of technical skill so he thought he would be safe. Well… maybe he would have been, maybe he wouldn’t! He walked in to a completely customer-less salon and asked for a haircut. The only stylist in there looked up from her magazine and told him she wouldn’t have time because they close in 30min. His haircut doesn’t take long to do, he could have been in and out of there in 20min tops. After making a comment about him being the only person in there she continued flipping though her US Weekly with out a word. Needless to say, he won’t be going back… not even in an emergency situation!

I only go here out of desperation, but they manage to make want to shave my head every single time. Doing a military cut isn’t hard at all. It requires using clippers and fading. I’m the kind of person who doesn’t need a fashionable haircut. I just need a haircut that doesn’t make me look like I did it myself when I was wasted. Usual fuck ups include: –uneven bangs –terrible fade –never cutting the hair behind the ears. –patches of hair missing –some lady talking forever about her kids/grandkids that I couldn’t give two shits about. –pretending that the obvious fuck ups I ask them to correct are all my imagination. –asking me if I want my hair blow dried and then charging me $ 7 for it. Thanks for the heads up on that one!

My husband usually goes to supercuts to get his hair cut. And I have to say everytime he has gone to this location I have loved the way they have cut his hair! The stylists here really know their stuff as he has always come home looking good!
